Tammy said there is an old bomb shelter, can you… don’t have to say anything twice as Jack shot another making him drop his piece as he said Tammy here giving the shotgun back… as she cocked it again Attack my land motherfucker as she shot a man coming up behind Jack as he spun around with the nine-millimeter as he grabbed the spare clips…

Donna came down the steps as Tammy said Donna this way quickly as she felt bullets whizzed by her head… as Lola said we are outmatched and heavily outgun… we could… no, we can't risk the exposure, Jack… your right what do you suggest… give me… have you ever shot before…. Janie spoke in her police radio Fellow deputies converge on Walker Mountain now Wolves Peak Animal Rescue Shelter… what is going on boss… I got a call and heard gunfire so once we get on the scene be prepared for anything as Janie angrily spoke Miss Walker hold on, I am on my way as Janie drove like a bat out of hell being followed in town by others while the town folks watched on from the sidewalk…

How many bullets we got… almost gone in the shotgun as Lola said I am out as Jack spoke, I got one left in the chamber and a full sixteen clip left when they heard sirens…

Thank fucking god Lola spoke as she has seen some cops in full gear as Tammy and Donna got inside the bomb shelter and locked themselves in…

Lola and Jack sat behind the island as bullets rang out… Jack about the other as she winced as a bullet passed her head… as Jack held her tightly I told you I would protect you like the sister I once had as Janie spoke this is the Wyoming Police department as the unknown men turned their attention on to Janie and the others… THIS DOESN’T CONCERN YOU COPPERS NOW SCRAM as a man with a fully automatic riddled the cop cars full of bullet holes as Jon and Diane made it home to see the firefight…. OH, NO MOTHER as Diane began to feel her wolf wanting to emerge… while inside Lola and Jack made it to the bomb shelter and locked them inside with Tammy and Donna securely...

Diane used her surroundings as she felt her wolf guide her in her human form as she made it to the back of the kitchen to see men gathering around looking for any survivors…. My father’s car… as Jon spoke like I promised not a scratch… as Jon screamed out LIGHT THEM UP as the officer shot at the men surround the house as they drove the men from the scene…

In Diane’s basement two other with high power rifles and machine guns spoke come on out you can’t stay in there forever as Donna shook, we… we are… listen to me cub Jack growled showing his golden eyes we are not going to die here when they heard both men scream…

On the other side of the heavy metal door separating them from the scene, Diane came from the darkness as she punched one man knocking the wind from his body as the other pulled a knife quickly slashing and missing her nimble agility as she snapped his arm and crushed his throat with ease as Donna, Tammy, Lola, and Jack watched on as the heavy metal door began to unlock from the other side….

Tammy Lola spoke… it is ok dear as they huddled together as the door opened fully seeing Diane covered in cuts and bruises MOM, Beta, Jack, Donna are you….

A few moments later as Janie spoke, they are on the run as other wounded officers and ambulance workers cleared up the sort as Jon spoke Janie are you… I can’t believe Mack is… I know whoever paid these guys is very well connected… we got to make them pay as the scene began to clear out as Janie spoke officers, I will help Jon finish up here please someone notify Mack’s family and his wife…

While in the treetops a well-camouflaged man lined up his shot as he dialed in the down and crosswind as his sight spotted his target…. MMMMM Not yet… no a little more to the left… hold still little rat as he took a puff off of his cig blowing smoke rings to mask his scent…

Janie Lola came out thank you… as Janie smiled hey, I owed you didn’t I as Jon smiled is everyone… as Diane came up Baby everyone is just as she was about to finish when Jon's chest exploded splashing Diane’s face with his blood….

SHIT, WHERE DID THAT COME FROM JANIE SHOUTED… as Diane spoke JON…. JON LOOK AT ME… Di…Anne… I … shhh don’t save your strength as Lola grabbed a towel… Diane Jack spoke… Diane, he is…. NO HES NOT as she growled I… CAN’T LOSE HIM… as Tammy spoke baby please calm down… as Janie spoke, I couldn’t find where the shot came from….

Janie… my dearest friend… Jon, you got to stay awake… I… I want to thank you… thank me for what… for trusting me and Dia…. Anne… anything chief you allowed me to be of service to you and this town… because you are the only one I could… I could trust as he gasped for breath…

Diane growled as Janie spoke Diane what is wrong with your eyes…. NOTHING as Lola spilled the beans ALPHA I TRUST HER YOU SHOULD TOO… trust me with what Lola what the hell is going on here… remember when you asked me how much I weighed… yeah, I thought we… we did the reason is… we are werewolves Janie as she tried to wrap her head around it thinking it was the shock of the attack as Diane growled I CANT LOSE HIM as Diane quickly began to shift and change in front of Janie and her downed lover and her tear-filled mother as Janie scooted backward… HOLY FUCKING SHIT… as she reached for her pistol as Tammy spoke don’t as Diane ripped and stretched from her tattered clothing leaving behind her hybrid Dark brown and brownish-black fur as her now gargantuan hand covered his bullet wound….

WEREWOLVES ARE… ARE… REAL Janie stammered as Tammy smiled yes, they are my daughter has been one for over three years now… what is she going to do as Diane looked into Jon’s eyes and growled… I can save you… as he gulped… listen to me dear do it… but I didn’t want to do it this way… as Jack spoke Diane your bite remember can help you to pass Luna’s gift and then later pass the mateship marking during his first full moon… LUNA WHO IS THAT as Lola smiled Janie you have a lot of things to learn as Diane howled in pain…

Janie… Deputy Williams… Please call me Janie… now that you have seen what I am, what we are… as Janie lowered down holding Diane’s hand to comfort her… Jon trusted me when I came fresh out of rehab and I have seen the love he feels for you as you do for him and it is about damn time he feels love wouldn’t you agree… even if he grows hair and fangs and runs wild under the full moon…
