The newly christened Luminare Romae had grown in both a military presence and a civilian presence. The people of Luminare Romae had grown and prospered under the guidance of Ceaser. The people of Luminare Romae, although wary of Ceasar and his Legion, were loyal to the Legion and Ceaser. The Courier looked around; she saw many NCR troops being crucified. A fate worse than death; Angel grinned at the suffering men. The settlement had expanded outwards, with long term structures out numbering the garrison's tents. A small market place sprang up from the previous NCR tents that lined the road to the resort. The main building remained a military base, though under new management. The Courier spent the night in Luminare Romae before moving on to Bitter Springs.
