Reshape a homeless woman

You hear a cough behind you in the alley. There's a homeless woman huddled on the other side of the dumpster. She's plump, but with hard lines on her face. She's wearing filthy clothes - dirty t-shirt, dirty sweater, dirty skirt, dirty tights. There's a black garbage with what looks like her stuff next to her, and a liquor bottle.

"What's you name?" you ask, walking up.

"Anne," she wheezes. "Spare some change for a coffee?"

"Oh," you reply, "I can do better than that."

You extend your powers. Clearing confusion and alcoholism from her mind is elementary. You then turn to her body. Her skin smooths and tightens, wrinkles disappear into silk, flab dissolves into abs and tone. You regress the whole to Anne's 22-year-old self, but an alternate one.

You give her the waist of a girl who's worked out daily for all of her life, but with fuller, softer breasts than such exercise would normally allow. You will her well-groomed long hair, a perfect smile, and gentle skin. You make her body pure and coiffed.

But she's still wearing the oversized, dirty homeless clothes. No reason to pamper her.

"Damn, am I itchy," Anne swears. "Holy fuck!"

She tears off her filthy top and runs topless into the street, perfect breasts swaying. You follow well back. This should be interesting.
