"Honestly, Sophia, I think the best thing we could do right now is figure out what happened." Jane said, as they took their winter-gear off. A two-headed jacket was hung on a hook, and three similar-looking shoes were put side-by-side (The center-most of which seemed to be for a widened foot.)

"How do you suppose we do that?"

Jane shrugged. Their odd center-shoulder rose, strangely pulling on Sophia. Jane could feel her partner's skin stretch.

"The internet."

"Fair enough, I guess. I have a laptop..."

"Sure."

Before they did much, though, Jane spoke up once more.

"Uh... if you don't mind, Sophia, do you have anything to eat? I didn't have anything for lunch."

"Yeah, I can feel how hungry you are..."

"S-sorry?" Jane asked. Did Sophia just say...

"I-..."

Both of their eyes glared a confused glare at each other.

"Y-yeah. I have... I have food."

One leftover pizza later, the two had taken refuge in Sophia's surprisingly comfortable couch. At the moment, Sophia had her laptop sat on her lap, and was scrolling through Google.

"Uh... what do we even search?" She asked, looking up results for 'surprise fusion'. She was quickly regretting it.

"Um... well, we're like conjoined twins, right? Kindof?"

"I suppose, yeah..." Sophia muttered.

Refreshing the page, Sophia scrolled through more results. Unfortunately, even Google wasn't proving much help. All that was being shown were old stories of separated conjoined twins.

"There doesn't seem to be much..." Sophia said, pushing her lips together.

"I mean... I'm not surprised, I guess, just disappointed."

"Any other ideas?" Sophia asked.
