Rescue

"Caleb!" Hailey shouted as she hugged the young man who desperately trying to gain back his breath. "Oh, I'm so glad you're here! I thought that I'd never see you again! How did you know we were here?"

"T-the..." Caleb wheezed before coughing, finally getting his second wind. "The doll they replaced you with malfunctioned before it could even try to seduce me. And since you told me that you weren't able to get your story published, I put two and two together. Nobody messes with my girl and gets away with it!"

Hailey's heart fluttered again at being called Caleb's girl, the woman letting out a mixture of a sob and a laugh as she leaned in to kiss her wonderful boyfriend.

"I didn't mean for this..."

Hailey and Caleb stopped their kiss as they saw Amanda sitting on one of the chairs again, head in her hands with a look of distraught on her face as she looked down to the floor.

"I never wanted any of this." Amanda said somberly as she looked over to the couple. "All I wanted to do was to make people happy. I wanted to help build the confidence of men and women across the country who felt they couldn't please a partner in bed, or to give them a little thrill. I wanted to give them a shoulder to cry on, someone to talk about their insecurities with without being made fun of for it, and someone who would listen until they found a real person to fulfill those needs. I never in a million years wanted..." She gestured to the surroundings before pointing at Karen, "This!"

Amanda broke down then and there, loudly crying into her hands as Hailey came forward and wrapped the older woman in a one armed hug.

"This isn't your fault, Ms. Gal." Hailey said, trying to comfort the woman. "You made these things with good intentions at heart, but then a couple of greed bags came along and abused those good intentions. You're not to blame here."

Amanda sniffed a bit as she wiped her hand over her eyes, staring at Hailey.

"In fact," Hailey said with a smile, "if it wasn't for your product, I never would've met the most sweetest, kindest, sexiest man in the entire universe!"

"Really?" Amanda asked in shock, having finally stopped crying.

"Really." Hailey replied as she looked up and smiled at Caleb, the young man smiling back.

Caleb's smile faded however as he heard a ding, turning his head to look over at Karen, the other two joining him as the woman got to her feet, the brainwashing helmet slipping off her head.

Karen looked around the room for a few seconds before giving a vacant smile to Caleb. "Hey Hot Stuff!" She purred with a wink, "My name's Karen! Wanna do it like they do on The Discovery Channel?"

"That, however, is gonna be a lot harder to explain..." Hailey muttered as the two naked women stood back up, Amanda walking towards the helmet and picking it up.

"She's not stuck like this, is she?" Caleb asked, concerned. Yeah, she put them all through this hell, but not even she deserved this.

Amanda looked over the helmet and examined it, humming to herself. She stopped as a giggle escaped her throat, turning to the others. "I wouldn't worry about it." She replied, "Emily's a smart girl. Brilliant even! However, even she makes the simplest of mistakes. For example, she wired three of these coils wrong. This means that, even if you and that other naked woman had arrived just a second too late, Hailey and I would only be stuck that way for about... Oh, I'd say about three days at least. A week at most."

"I'll be sure to take that critique into consideration."

The three then turned to see Emily returning to the room, perp walking Kayla forward with the officer's gun to her head.

"If any of you three even think about playing hero, I blow the cop's brains out!" Emily yelled.

"She got the drop on me." Kayla said apologetically.

"Shut up!" Emily ordered the naked cop before turning her attention to the other three once more. "Here's what's gonna happen. Ms. Gal is going to fix my supposed mistake, then revert Mommy Dearest back to normal. After that, we're going to brainwash all four of you until you're all nothing but a group of mindless dolls made for **** nerds who can't get a date. The perfect line up! A hottie for normies. A cop for roleplayers. A MILF for those who are into that thing. Hell! We can even start Phase Two early, Amanda, and ship out our first male doll!"

Hailey and Caleb looked at Amanda in confusion as the older woman shrugged sheepishly. "I did say that I wanted to make both men and women happy with my products."

"Yeah, and I'm sure there's at least one girl out there who wants to bang under fifty tons of blubber." Emily said, sarcastically rolling her eyes.

"You little bitch!" Hailey spat, "You are never going to get away with this! When the police get here, they'll - "

"'The police'?!" Emily asked, laughing hysterically before wiping a tear from her eye. Turning to Kayla, the woman said, "Why don't you tell your little friends here why the cops aren't coming."

"This little worm and her mother bought out half the precinct." Kayla explained, "And the half they haven't bought out would get interfered with."

"See, Sweetheart?" Emily asked Hailey mockingly, "The cavalry ain't coming."

"Oh, I wouldn't say that." Kayla said with a smirk as she saw the clock on the wall. Twenty seconds left. "See, I called my little sister. You and your mom are still going away for a long time."

"What the hell is that supposed to -" Emily began, only to be cut off by the sounds of windows breaking, doors being broken down, and marching footsteps echoing through the empty factory...
