Report for work

The elevator doors open on the 5th floor. You step out into a lush lobby with lots of executives buzzing around. A tall, blond man with a plastic smile walks up to you.

"Welcome!" he practically shouts. "I'm Bill. The Tulsa office told us all about you! We're so excited to have you joining us here at the home office. I'll show you to your cubicle."

"You mean my office?"

"Right! Office! Didn't I say office?"

You smile at the putz. "I'm sure you did."

Bill leads you through a sea of cubicles. You look around and notice a lack of female employees. The ones you do see are all wearing slacks. You immediately change all the women's outfits into short skirts.

You are about to make some more changes when a gorgeous blond woman catches your eye. She walks up to you and puts her arm through Bill's arm.

"Is this the new guy, Bill?" She smiles inanely at the tall man. You don't mind, you're too busy checking out her great legs and curvy figure.

"Yes," says Bill, "I was just showing him to his office." He turns to you and points at a door. "It's right here, in fact. And let me introduce you to my fiance, Bethany!"

You chuckle. "Bill and Bethany the blonds? You guys are way too cute."

Bethany laughs and waves away your comment. "Oh, well, thank you."

Bill turns to his fiance. "Bethany, he's going to be taking over Tom's old job. I hope he lasts longer than Tom did." He looks you up and down with a sneering smile. "Well, Even if you don't, it'll be good experience before you get sacked and have to work somewhere else!"

You both laugh at Bill's joke as if he wasn't insulting you. Then you give Bill a big smile and point at his fiance. "I want her as my secretary."

Bill chuckles, then smiles oddly as he realises that you're serious. "We don't really have secretaries around here. And besides, Bethany works very, very closely with me. So-"

You concentrate and an old Queen song comes from Bill's pocket. He pulls out a cell phone and answers it. "Hello Mr. Pembrose! Yes, he's right here. You'll never believe what he- What? But sir, we can't- But she-"

Bill pulls the phone away from his head as sharp yelling erupts from the phone. After a moment the **** dies down and he carefully puts the phone to his ear again. "Yes, sir. Yes... I'll do that right now, sir."

Bill hangs up the phone and looks at Bethany. "Honey, it looks like you'll have to be a secretary for awhile. But don't worry, I'm sure it's a bizarre misunderstanding and I'll figure out-"

"I don't mind!" chirps Bethany. She drops Bill's arm and trots over next to you. "I'm glad to have a chance to work with my new boss. This is a real step up for me!"

Bill's jaw drops to the floor as you put your arm around Bethany's waist and lead her into your new office.
