Reluctantly yes

She eyes you over and then says, "Well that is a pretty fucked up story to make up, and it seems like you know stuff only John would know. So, I guess you must be my little brother."

You nod and she sighs, "John how is this possible."

You look at her, "I need to find out. I do not know and I need to find out."

She looks over your body and says, "Are you sure, I always wanted another sister. What would it hurt if you stayed as a girl? Mom and Dad won't be home for a while we could tell them that you got a sex change or something. I am sure they would believe it, you were never truly a man's man anyways maybe it would be better off for everyone if you stayed like this."

At first, you are shocked and appalled that your sister would say something like this, but the more you think about it the more you agree with her. There have been many times that you have thought what it would be like to be a girl, this has given you the perfect opportunity to see firsthand what it would be like. But, on the other hand you were a guy, and you want to know what the hell is going on with this.

"I am not saying that it would be interesting to be a girl, and you are right I have never felt right as a guy but I need to find out what is going on?"
