Who gets the license?
Regular Nobody Joe
Joe MacGuffan got a card in the mail earlier that day. He held it in his hands, reading and rereading it. This small blue card had his vitals, name and even his portrait. A portrait with a goofy grin! The card came in an innocuous envelope. A blue card with large white text reading "SEX LICENSE". He looked online to see if this was some new prank but got directed to a government website. He even found his name on that site's database.
