Chapter 5 by Zeebop Zeebop

Are there any sexual problems with Sue & Reed's marriage?

Reed Richards Has A Fetish

The Invisible Woman hesitated. Her face went blank, to conceal the roil of emotions within. Dr. Stone was patient, counted silently to ten.

"I take it that's a yes?" Dr. Stone said at last.

"It's not—not a problem exactly," Sue said, suddenly defenseless. "I really shouldn't—I don't want to talk about it."

"Your hesitation suggests that it weighs on your mind," Dr. Stone pointed out. "You're getting defensive. It bothers you, or else you'd just say it outright. If you want to leave it at that, we can. I respect your privacy. But the purpose of these sessions is to get at the root of your stress, and address those issues. If it makes you feel any better, I want to reiterate that nothing we say here goes beyond these walls—patient confidentiality is paramount when dealing with the superhero milieu."

Sue hesitated. Moonstone couldn't say exactly what was going on inside of her, but she had seen women with secrets before. Many of them **** to let them out. It was all a matter of finding the right pressure to bear.

"It is about sex, isn't it?" Dr. Stone said softly.

"Yes," Sue managed.

"And your husband?"

"Yes."

Another moment of silence. Dr. Stone wondered if she dared to use her powers to help drag it out of the Invisible Woman. No. Not yet. She had a feeling...

"It's not your secret to tell, is it?" Dr. Stone surmised.

Sue Storm's face paled. Her eyes had drifted to the carpet, and now the blue eyes met hers and held the psychiatrist's gaze.

Jackpot, Dr. Stone thought.

"Your sex life with your husband belongs to both of you," Dr. Stone said calmly. "Equally. Whatever is going on, it affects the both of you, and the both of you have the right—and the responsibility to yourselves, to one another, and to your family—to address it. If you want to leave it at that for this week, I won't press further. But I can't help you if you don't talk to me. I know it can be difficult to lower your guard to a complete stranger—so how about a little deal?"

The blonde heroine blinked.

"A deal?" Sue asked.

"A secret for a secret. I'll tell you something personal about myself, and you reveal what you're comfortable with revealing. That way, we're—on a level playing field. Okay?"

Sue's fists were white-knuckle tight in her lap. She **** herself to relax.

"Okay."

Dr. Stone leaned forward. Her voice went into a theatrical whisper, to loud to be called a whisper. There was a conspiratorial gleam in her eyes.

"I'm not wearing panties," Dr. Stone said.

The blue eyes of the Invisible Woman widened.

"I like to go commando. When I was young, my mother **** me to wear these very old-fashioned granny panties. Kept me in training bras for far too long, even after I started to develop. They were so tight it hurt my breasts, and left red marks in the flesh. When I left home, going without underwear sometimes became my way of re-asserting control of my own body, my sexuality," Dr. Stone said. She leaned back, a soft smile on her face. "Now you know something about me that no one else knows."

Sue licked her lips. It was a small thing, but the confession actually lifted a weight from her mind, somehow—and put the onus of responding to it on her. At last, the heroine's facade cracked a little.

"Reed...has a fetish. A kink. Paraphilia. Whatever you call it," Sue said.

That's it. Dr. Stone thought. Open up to me.

"One you don't participate in?" she asked.

Sue didn't answer right away.

"One you don't want to participate in," Dr. Stone said, "or one you cannot participate in?"

"I can do it, it's just...just..."

Deep in the the depths of Moonstone's eyes, tiny lights glimmered. The implants in her skull buzzed. Microgravitic fluctuations in Sue's brain gave her just a little nudge.

The truth came spilling out.

What is Reed Richard's fetish?
