Recruit Amara.

She looks as beautiful as always, garbed in her modest white dress with intricate silver and blue trimming all the way around and down to the cuts made up the sides, and to the frilly sleeves which blossom like flowers. A matching belt wraps tight around her waist, atop her head is a nurse's cap with a blue heart right in the center, and her shoes are just as lovely. Otherwise, she of course still wears the white choker around her neck, with a lock on the front shaped like a pink heart. You have the key, of course, which has two functions--either to remove the collar all together by a keyhole on the back, or to temporarily disable the magic effect by the hole on the front. Her golden locks flow in the autumn breeze, though despite the chill in the air, she looks to be quite warm. Practicing magic must be an interesting experience for her given the effect it has on her body.

"So I'd like to have a good talk with Shivra, but I might get hurt," you explain. "I was wonder if you'd be willing to come and heal me whenever I need it. I just need you to stand at my side and be ready with your magic, no matter how much damage I continue to sustain."

Much like Meli, her eyes light up as well. It seems you know how to excite these two elves. "Of course I can help you!" She seems to be more than happy to help those in need. Surely that's the only reason. "As much as I do not wish to see you in pain, I will continue to cast healing spells for as long as it may take. I will not stop, even if I am exhausted, panting on the floor with hardly a drop of mana left inside me."

"That's dedication." I think you might end up indisposed before you run out of mana, though. "Let's see if we can find her then. Thanks in advance, Amara."

"Of course. I will never be a noble archpriest like my mother if I deny those in need."

You look back to the ghost floating not far away. "Hey, Mela! Can you do me one more favour?" you call out. "Do you think you could get a bird's eye view and see if Shivra is around somewhere?"

Mela gives a polite curtsy before zipping high up into the sky. You can hardly see her up there, between the distance and her translucent visage, though a few moments later, she comes soaring back down to stop before you both. "She is currently at the far, northwestern wall, leaning in a way that reminds me of Ms. Linzeri. Perhaps you will need to speak with her as well."

"I think Linzeri is just like that. Let's do one thing at a time." You feel a soft touch to your shoulder. When you turn, you see Amara's hand upon it. "Are you all right?"

"Yes indeed. I am simply preparing to heal you."

"Cool your jets there, Amara. We haven't even started yet."

She then retreats her hand back to her staff. "Ah! Yes. Of course."

"Are you sure you're going to be able to handle this?"

"Please, Kyle. Put your faith in me."

"Do you need me to, you know, unlock your collar? Will that make this easier?"

She looks away with red in her cheeks. "N-No. I believe that will only make it harder."

"Right then. Let's go get Shivra before she wanders off somewhere else."
