Whenever someone ingests your semen the world freezes for everyone but you. You can peer into that person's history and everything that makes them. There you can give the person a command that guides them to a world where whatever change you said for them is true. Then, with a snap of your fingers, you are shunted into that new reality where you're the only one who remembers the original world. Unlike the thread that inspired this, the victim is frozen so they don't remember anything. Additionally, not all your ejaculate activates this. Depending on how much you train your power you can use the ability a certain number of times a day before you're spent.
