Rather differently

Virgil's old bully was on a rampage once again. He had broken out of where they put him by accident. He had gotten so hot in his sleep that he burned through the restraints. So of course now that he was free once more, he went back to rampaging. He'd even got a supervillain name, Hot Streak; that's what he was called now.

Hotstreak was having a rather fun time throwing fireballs around. Watching things either burn or explode at his whims was rather empowering for Hotstreak as well as entertaining. He was making good progress burning his way through the city. The fire department tried to stop him, of course, but they were failing at it.

He'd gotten stronger and more skilled since earlier in the day when it came to his flames. He wasn't just throwing fireballs; he was making flaming barriers, and the fire department was having a hard time working through those firewalls to get to him. So it was at the moment the hot streak was unstoppable, and he was enjoying every moment of it.

That is until, out of the sky, some female version of the earlier loser flew down at him, throwing metal as she came. "Nice try, bitch, but the loser earlier couldn't do it, so why would his slut of a sister pull it off?" Hotstreak roared out as he sent fireballs up to collide with the falling metal. Explosions sounded throughout the street as fire and metal collided midair.

When the smoke cleared, she wasn't there, and Hotstreak looked around, wondering where she had gotten to. Then he decided that she bitched out and was about to return to burning the city for fun. That's when a manhole cover hit him in the back of the head, causing the world to spin for a few good seconds. He got over the pain as rage overcame him.

"You bitch!" Hotstreak roared, his voice echoing around him and into several city blocks. He then proceeded to send a constant barrage of fireballs at the bitch flying around with electricity. She just smirked at him in response as she dodged fireball after fireball, pissing him off even further.

"Sorry, hot stuff, but unlike the loser earlier, I'm too much woman for you to handle." Virgil said, pissing Hotstreak off even further, which didn't seem possible. So the barrage continued, and as it did, smoke built up around them, and Hotstreak found himself blinded. So there he was, standing in a sea of flames smoke covering everything, his eyes darting around to find where the bitch was.

Then, seemingly as if by magic, a manhole cover appeared before him just for a moment, and then it all went to black. So with Hotstreak down, the fire department quickly got the fire under control. They arrived to find a knocked-out streak at the center and no sign of the new hero of the city, the heroine Static Shock.

Virgil found himself thinking very hard about what just happened as he flew rapidly away. Did he just call himself a woman? How in the hell had he thought that, much less actual said it? A loud feminine voice echoed in his head in reply. "You know why! You needed a woman to handle what your little boy ass couldn't." This feminine side of himself said, which was true, much to Virgil's shame.

He couldn't pull off the hero thing as Virgil, but apparently as a female hero he could do it. Which was rather disturbing as his own gender came into question in his head. Left unsaid were the planned purchases to get feminizing clothing and other things that would sell the whole female hero thing better.

So it was that after the great big debut, Virgil found himself being less of a man than when he had started. All the while a more feminine version of him was born and grew. The question is how much of the male Virgil would be left after the female static shock was done with him.
