After some mixed feelings about his success in third-world countries, now with freedom and strength, Travis decided he should better help the future of mankind before anything else. With this thought in mind, Travis shot some random asteroid belts, creating seven system-wide defence systems copying Destiny 2's Rasputin. Why seven? Because if any get pre-emptively destroyed, attacked, or go rogue, the other 6 will be able to take over. Still, just in case, Travis also had an artificial ring created around Earth, Mars, and the Moon. These two planets and one moon will not only help greatly with space travel, but also come with a lot of defence mechanisms controlled manually using a legion of people created specifically for these rings, intended to later operate as skeleton crews when their generations die off, recruiting natives groomed over decades to operate things till humanity gets advanced enough to properly use the rings without risk of evil.
Afterwards, Travis created colonies on Titan, Mars, Mercury, Neptune, Uranus, and so on, but only after satellites used advanced technology to scan for life, using microbial life on each of these planets as a basis to grow entire ecosystems of abundance. To help things later, Travis also created a Dyson's sphere operated by simple codes and basic system AIs able to handle any situation without gaining opinions.
As another measure, however, Travis also ensured that none of these worlds or tech would be accessible to Earth till they fixed, and in the event Earth fell, new regimes, civilisations, and species would replace mankind, though there would also be hidden bunkers under Earth's surface, acting like those in Horizon Zero Dawn or Horizon Forbidden West, in which their purpose would be to repopulate the world, letting it act freely. Of course, no one would know of these bunkers or plans, because why would the shitty world leaders need to know that their already lacking policies didn't matter, making these selfish power-hungry bastards even more uncaring?
