Randall Brown (Power Fist), Local Crime Boss

Randall Brown looks like a man in his mid-20s, and has the physic of one. But he is actually in his mid-40s (45). Growing up he had few options in life, absentee father, neglectful mother, born and raised in the wrong part of town, Randall quickly fell in with what many would call the "wrong" kind of people. The only real advantage in his life was that he was always an large, muscular, and imposing man, ensuring that he could always find some kind of work. Work which ranged to everything from legit to illegal work, but he could always find something.

Randall likely would have continued to live a life of obscurity, or ended up in a jail cell, or an early grave, if not for a fortunate encounter. An encounter which ended up with him in the possession of a pair of power gauntlets. Sure, the gauntlets increase his strength and stamina, but that was secondary in his mind. With the gauntlets on he never slept, he never even felt tired, and he stopped aging.

It is remarkable what a person with limitless energy and stamina can accomplish. Especially when combined with the willingness and ability to put the hurt on people.

Over the last few decades, Mr. Brown has worked his way up to being one of the more influential local crime bosses. He might not have the national recognition of the Mafia, or one of the bigger named super-criminals. But he ruled his fiefdom with an iron fist, and vistors knew to pay the proper respects to Randall Brown.
