Raid: After The Boss Fight But Before The Final Battle

Kim Pine deadpanned sarcastically, "Gee... My hero..."

Knives quickly rushed to her side. "Right?! Isn't Roman just the coolest!!! Don't worry! He'll be fine!"

"Uhmmm... Not really? Not from where I'm standing," she said but seeing Knives sparkly wide eyes she took another look at the guy on the floor.

He had come to the rescue. Charging in to save them and her, and not just a made up half delusional remeberance like Scott Pilgrim. He'd actually fought to save her against an actual giant and used crazy powers, determination and skill... even if he was probably another totally perverted Prime... but... that wasn't nothing... infact it was most definitely a 'something'... and if her friend Knives liked him... "Well.... maybe he's a little bit cool..." she said toying with her hair.

"That's right!" Knives said happily hugging her friend. "Don't worry, Kim! You'll see! Now how do we get these locks open? Anyone seen a key laying around in all this...," she looked around the doiled room, bodies and bed. "... gross stuff?"

"I can pick the locks if we can't find-" Risty started to say.

Subaru Konoe pulled a key out of her breast pocket. "Please, Miss Risty. Miss Knives. Allow me. We must secure Masters property and escape. I assume that is the plan?"

"Miss?" Risty asked looking around comically and pointing to herself in disbelief then picking up her weapon and shield. "Uh... Just Risty is fine! Yeah do that! Saya? Knives?"

"On it!" Saya said rushing around handing out healing herbs. "I've got some healing herbs and stuff!"

Felix cleared his throat holding up his hand. "May I help? Healing is my specialty?"

Saya looked at the others who shrugged and nodded and she did too. "Please! That'd be a big help catgirl- what?" She asked as the others laughed.

"We~ll," Felix said smiling joining her. "Actually, Saya-chan..."

Knives hugged Kim. "Risty and I gotta go hold off the bad guys for a just a little bit! Watch over Roman for me? He's... really special to me! Please?"

Kim smiled and rubbed her wrists now that she'd been unshackled and smiled. "Sure... I guess I can do that. Go give 'em hell!" She said holding out her fist.

Knives happily grinned giving her a fist bump. "Will do! Jinx? Care to join us?"

Jinx pointed at herself. "Me?" She asked... then grinned that dangerous Cheshire cat grin. "Oh hell yeah! These bozos got payback coming! You... uh... you guys sure you want me to fight alongside you? I mean... we were just fighting each other..." she tapped her fingertips together and shuffled her feet awkwardly. "I'd understand if... you know- Owwy!"

Risty slapped her on the back with a grin as Knives joined them also grinning. "It's all good and in the past, Pinky!"

"Yeah!" Knives agreed. "Besides that whole magic thing you do was super awesome! Let's fight together now! Like friends!"

"Pinky?! Hey my name is Jinx!" Jinx said following them... but she was smiling.

Kim stared at her 'rescuer' Roman... "Take care of him, huh? How do I do that exactly?" She looked around then knelt down tucking her skirt under her. "Hey... You good guy?"

"Uff," Roman grunted. "Just fine. I just... kinda over did things a few too many times today. Hey?"

"Yeah?" Kim asked.

"Are you Okay?" Roman asked.

She blinked then her freckled face had a hint of a smile. "Yeah. I'm okay... Is my friend okay?"

"Who? Knives?" Roman asked then seeing her nod he smiled and shook his head. "No. She's better than 'okay'. She's awesome!"

Kim nodded smiling just a little bit more. "Yeah," she said grabbing him and deciding he might be good for her friend pulled him so his head was I her lap. "She really is."

Roman blinked and smiled. He wasn't sure what he'd done to deserve a lap pillow... but he'd definitely take it! And it was a very nice lap! It was kind of hard to tell because of the baggy green tracksuit top and skirt she wore but he got the impression Kim had some really nice Thighs under the skirt beneath his head... and what seemed like two big other things under her top that were kind of hanging over his head! Which was too bad. It made it a bit hard to see her face well. She played disinterested and cool but she was really kind of cute with her freckles and ginger hair and-

"Hey," Kim said blushing a bit. "You mind not staring guy?"

"Sorry. And it's Roman," he said averting his gaze. "Not 'guy'. It's nice to finally meet you Kim."

"Whatever," Kim said picking up his hat and placing it over his face... so she could smile without him seeing it. Maybe Knives really had found a good guy for herself... and he was kind of cute. They were totally having 'a moment'! "Nice to meetcha too, I guess." She tried to ignore the growing erection he had in his pants. "Boys will be boys..." she muttered blushing. Still... damn! It wasn't freakish like the monster he'd just defeated but- "Fuck that's a lotta meat! How does Knives-?"

"You say something?" Roman started to ask.

"Nope!" She said quickly stuffing his hat down further on his face.

"What about Romnyan, Saya-chan?" Felix asked smirking.

"Really?" Saya asked her eyebrow twitching as they healed their next patient. "Must you with the cutsey cat noises and puns, Felix?" But she had to admit 'his' healing skills were wonderous to behold! Having a healer like Felix would be a huge boon to the camp in general. She glanced over towards Roman and his 'lap pillow'. She shook her head. "Nah. Let him have a break for just a moment. He's earned it... the pervert," she said seeing the bulge in his pants.

Knives smiled peeking in from the ruined doorway. Roman and Kim had the 'spark' too! It made her very happy to see it... and she hoped that she and Roman could make her happy and sparks together sometime soon!

"Hey!" Risty asked. "You coming?"

Knives grinned and brandished her daggers. Definitely an idea to pursue later. "Yup! Let's go!"
