Radiant

Mike walks in, unsure what to expect. Closing the door behind him, he turns to see Alicia sitting in a chair waiting. And his jaw drops when he looks at her.

Alicia is stunning, even more so than usual. Her pink hair is done up in a pair of braids, and she has applied a bit of tasteful makeup. However, the highlight is the outfit she’s wearing. Usually Mike sees her in casual clothes, or work clothes, but tonight she has gone all out. Under a white overcoat, she is wearing a simple but elegant black and white dress. There is a diamond shaped opening in the front which draws the eye towards her cleavage. As she stands, the dress hangs just above her knees, and Mike can see she’s wearing black stockings and heels, completing her look.

After a moment, she smiles. “So…do I look ok?”

Instead of answering, Mike pulls her into an embrace, gently kissing her lips. She smiles and kisses him back, before stepping away. “I guess that’s a good sign!”

Mike chuckles. “You’re stunning, Alicia. Everyone is going to be watching you tonight.”

She smiles and shakes her head. “I doubt that, but thank you, Mike. You look wonderful yourself.”

He smiles, taking her hand. “So, what’s the plan for tonight?”

Alicia squeezes his hand as they walk towards the door. “I thought we would start with a nice dinner, and then see how we feel from there. Plenty of options in the city tonight. Sound good?”

Mike nods. “As long as I’m with you, anything will be wonderful!”

Alicia giggles. “Flatterer. Ok then, dinner it is. Ready to feel a bit like a celebrity? There’s bound to be gawkers.”

Mike nods. “I suppose we should get used to it.”

Alicia smiles. “Probably. If it’s too much, just say something and we’ll get out of there.”

Mike chuckles. “I’m sure it’ll be fine. Just focus on having a good time.”

She nods as they step into the hall, heading towards the garage. “With you, I’m sure it’ll be fun.”

Mike winks at Alicia, and she giggles. “Get your mind out of the gutter! That’s for later…”

They both laugh as they open the door to the garage.
