Rachel doesn't believe her

"Okay, that's all bullshit!" Rachel challenged Melissa.

"No, it's all true, I promise!" Melissa stated.

"No way! Dr. Stevenson wouldn't make you give him your clothes to pay everything. Don't you have insurance?"

"Umm, umm..." Melissa started stammering.

"I'm calling them right now," Rachel took her phone out, "if you're telling the truth, I'll give you all my clothes to wear."

"Thanks!" Melissa perked up at the offer.

"But if you're still lying..." Rachel cracked a devious smile.
