It has been over five hundred years since the last free male state was conquered by the futa empire, in those few hundred years a lot of changes have taken place in the world. For one futa have become most of the worlds population. In this world men have become very rare and more of a status symbol for the powerful. The likelihood of a futa giving birth to a male is about one percent, men now only make up at most two to five percent of the population. When a family gives birth to a male it is a serious topic the laws are now put in place for families.
