You haven't tried the purple path yet, and it's as good as any...

Turning to your right, you walk down the path flanked by purple flowers. The flower petals seem oddly iridescent and shimmer in the light as you pass them. The shifting colors and lights are remarkably pleasant on the eyes; the flowers' aroma is sweeter along this path as well, almost distractingly so... it's so easy to lose track of time as you wander deeper into the maze.

Before you know it you've gotten yourself turned around - the shifting hedges seem to be toying with you, constantly making you change direction. As you start to wonder if this place goes on forever, you emerge into the next clearing... which is right back where you started.
