Protect himself

While he was quite tempted to immedietly start rushing into every half-baked boyish fantasy, the teen decided it was quite important to first set up a basic layer of safety.

He first thought about something like 'anyone named Theo Anders can't be hurt,' but surely there were multiple people with the same name as him, right?

Organization: Reality: New Rule: The person who wrote this rule is the Owner of the Notebook.

Good, now he had a way of making rules that applied only to home safety.

Organization: Reality: New Rule: The Owner of the notebook is impervious to all physical harm, mind control, and any other external effect or entity that would do something he would find negative.

That should keep him safe from most things. But what if some rule he wrote accidentally changed things in an awful way and he lost the notebook because he changed the timeline or something?

Organization: Reality: New Rule: The Owner of the notebook can rewind time to this moment by thinking the words 'repeat, repeat, repeat' with the intent of returning to this moment.

This way he could be more free with experiments and stuff, since he could always undo any changes.

Organization: Reality: New Rule: No one but the owner can perceive or notice the notebook. They will not see the owner holding or using it as strange, and cannot take or stop the owner from writing.

Theo was almost satisfied, before deciding to add one more rule. What if he had no pencil and could not get one?

Organization: Reality: New Rule: The Owner of the notebook can create and erase text mentally if he has no pencil
