Prologue

The Kingdom of Serenity is under threat. After a hundred years of peace, an entrance to the Monster world of Entropy has opened to the north mountain range that had long since shielded Serenity from would be invaders. Caught by surprise the Monsters easily claimed much of Serenity for themselves.

**** to save what lands it had left, the king of Serenity sacrificed his eldest daughter to the gods in the hopes that they would save them from this evil.

Weeks after the sacrifice and much praying to the gods, a great barrier had appeared over every major town and city inside Serenity. Only humans could pass through these barriers with ease, finally the people of Serenity can feel safe.

The King, however was not satisfied. He wanted more than just safety, and so he began to plot with the grand wizards to summon heroes that were mightier than any army to go and take the land back from the monsters.
