Professor Weisz barges in unannounced

You didn't have to consider a host for very long--one made the choice for you. You were slightly relieved when someone opened the door and virtually removed you from the equation altogether.

Janelle Weisz, a professor, entered your office, holding a tray of coffee. "It's my week to buy, so that's one large mocha for you, and..." Janelle was smart, quick-witted, and had this cute librarian look to her that always made you smile. Her half-frame glasses rested on her petite ski-slope nose, just below the brunette bangs that swept across her forehead. She had a fairly average physique, not one for long jogs but still had a delightful shape to her legs and hips that students ogled so often that she started wearing labcoats during lectures purely to keep her students focused, but in the morning, she was all blue jeans with a dark turtleneck sweater encasing some even heftier curves, which even her looser fabric couldn't very easily hide.

Janelle blinked as she sniffed the air, suddenly noticing the blue translucent ball sitting on the edge of your desk. "And what is that thing?" That must be those pheromones kicking in!

You wondered just how much you should say, and just to be on the safe side, you flipped the binder shut. "It's a little experiment in biopolymers. Janelle, meet Tau."

You'd expected when the slime rolled back and forth on the desk that Janelle would jump back, maybe leave the room screaming, and then you would have to wrap up the project. After all, this is far beyond the kind of behavior the Hideki smart-gel capsules demonstrated, even just simple movements like that were incredible! Janelle apparently agreed, giggling as she leaned closer to the slime. "Tau, how nice to meet you."

To your surprise, when Tau started to stretch up, Janelle reached out with her hands, picking up the slime with her eyelids half shut. It almost looked like she was experiencing some sort of deep, wonderful daydream, and she couldn't help but think of Tau as something she wanted to bring closer to herself. With a deep breath, she sniffed deeply at Tau, before kissing the slime, all entirely unprompted.

Without any sort of resistance from Janelle whatsoever, Tau's slime slid easily into her mouth, disappearing down her throat. Janelle shuddered, like she was in the middle of a passionate embrace by the person of her dreams. Her eyes remained closed for a few moments, before her head rolled back, and she let out a light squeak. When she took another deep breath, her eyes opened once more, revealing a blue tint to her formerly emerald green eyes. She smiled widely.

"Test subject acquired. You may refer to us as either Tau or Janelle, and I will shift conscious control accordingly. Shall we talk over coffee, Dr. Dawson? The three of us have some discussion to be had. Although, I can demonstrate anything you like, if you would prefer."

Janelle winked, before she shook her head a little, her former personality coming back. "Devin, you should have told me Tau is a symbiote! Not that I mind, just a little heads-up would have been nice."
