Chapter 3

Where are you from?
Principality of Lainmi
The Principality of Lainmi is ruled by Regus Lainmi, who dwells in the eastern sands along the Crimson Forest. Lainmi, as a nation, has long grown indulgent. With their powers of summoning and conjuration, stealing creatures from the the Elemental Realms around Chadonda, and Crimson Forest inside their borders for their own use, sometimes forever, they have revolutionized a lifestyle of exploitation of magical energies and creatures.
The High Circle of Lainmi serves Regus Lainmi, and each is a powerful Sorcerer boasting armies of mortal warriors and sycophants, as well as summoned fae from the Crimson Forest. Politics within the Principality is largely a matter of skill in summoning something else to do your bidding, or directly murdering an opponent. Alternatively, one might summon something to directly **** an opponent. It is a land of desert indulgence, even along the savannas, where summoners are served by conjured apparitions and creatures from beyond.

Brave New World
In the fantasy world of Chadonda, the old gods of Humanity, both artificial and homegrown, and many of their followers were killed in the attempt to dethrone Origin, Creator of the Universe. They found the Throne empty, and killed each other trying to take it, before the vengeful angels threw them down from Heaven. For a thousand years Humanity has struggled against itself, new nations born from the ash of the old, while the Angels plotted the extermination of Humanity. Now, a millennia after Humanity's Fall, Origin has granted them a kindness, and the Godbound have begun to appear.
