You quickly settle on pride and pull open the door, revealing a shimmering field blocking your view of the room. “Oh, a teleport field, so it is a trick, every door opens to the same room with the creature inside altered to fit the choice. Okay, let’s do this.” You push on into the room beyond.

You are now standing in a similar six sided room, possibly the same one, but now only one door leads out at the far side of the room. In the center stand a pair of just over 6’ tall statues that look remarkably similar to the strong body you were given when you first arrived. Both are chiseled, deeply tanned, wearing an old Egyptian style kilt, heavy leather sandals, and thick bracers on their wrists. Each holds a 8’ long leaf headed spear in opposite hands so both are next to each other, and a large inverted teardrop shaped shield. Their bodies are basically hairless, with a sheen that suggests oiling, with a neat short hairstyle. They don’t say a word as you enter, and for a moment you are sure they are actually statues. Taking a step closer you notice their chests are slowly rising and falling.
