Rules for Jess

Erin puts a clean halter top on as she outlines the rules. She's even printed a packet for you. Erin's writing is sharp and fierce, serious amounts of graphite and ink go into every word, and there's no slack between letters.

BUSINESS CONTRACT - JEZEBEL REDD and (your name) - BROKERED BY ERIN FORTE (and today's date)

First and foremost, Jess is not a ****, but only because slavery is illegal. It's not clear what contract or deal Jess and Erin have between them, but Jess is doing this out of self-interest, voluntarily. There's something extra hot about a girl selling herself into sexual servitude, and you sorta want to ask Jess about it one-on-one.

Anyway, the contract is long, but the most pertinent rules are outlined below.

1) Jess has 12 hours to herself every day. If you ask for more, you will owe her 2 hours for every 1 hour extra.

2) For the remaining hours, Jess is yours to do as you please: sexual acts, cleaning, errands, etc. In short, you own this redhead babe for half of the day. THE ONLY THINGS YOU CAN'T DO ARE THINGS THAT WOULD DAMAGE THE DELTA DELTA SORORITY'S REPUTATION, INFRASTRUCTURE, RECRUITMENT EFFORTS, TREASURY, ALUMNAE RELATIONS, GREEK LIFE STANDING...

This list goes on and on. In fact, this is a classic 'you can do anything you want, but only if it's okay with us' contract. There's a dozen pages outlining specific examples, but it's pretty clear: you get to do anything you want with Jess as long as it's good for the sorority. Fuck up and that's on you and you lose Jess.

2A) - Notably, the exceptions of Jess's internment to you alluded to above include, but are not limited to:

• **** or hospitalization from deliberate acts
• Failing out of the university / Jess losing status as a student
• Federal, state, or local incarceration of Jess longer than 24 hours
• No serious physical ****. Jess needs to represent Delta Delta, and the freshmen pledges aren't going to respond well to you if Jess has black eyes, major bruises, etc. Hickeys and a few light bruises every now and then are fine.

3) Jess reports to Erin Weekly. This comes out of Jess's time.

4) Jess has a budget which is subdivided in Appendix B. As her handler, you can spend half of Jess's budget freely, as you effectively own her. However, anything over the budget must be reimbursed / ie. no wrecking all the stuff in Jess's room without going into debt to Erin.
