Wherever they are when the urge strikes(poop)

In this world people have been peeing and pooping wherever they are for thousands of years and they have therefore developed technology to deal with that. Floors in houses have cleaning systems integrated, furniture is designed to allow people to pee or poop while using it (holes in chairs or special fabric for example). Clothing is also designed around that fact (holes in pants and panties around the asshole for example).

People need to pee around once every 1-3 hours and poop between 1 and 4 times a day. When they do pee or poop they generally don't stop what they are currently doing but it's totally ok to do so. They do it while sleeping, walking,standing, sitting,... People can control it but they have learnt to just let it out automatically.

It is normal especially in summer to wear nothing at all. Public sex and masturbation is also allowed and accepted. People are regularly peeing or pooping during sex and a lot of people find it hot.
