You then walk away from them. Gritting your teeth. You hated how Veronica makes you feel. You just want to toss these feelings out.

You see Ash waiting for you in her seat playing something on her phone. "Alex! There you are. You weren't with Dakota. Told me you started to walk towards Veronica like a brainwashed zombie." She says as you sit in your seat that is right next to her.

"Yeah, I don't know what gotten over me..." You say defeated as you prepare for the class period. Ash then slaps you back and simply smiles. "Cheer up, Alex! Dakota and I have been meaning to ask you if you want to go to the state fair with the three of us." She says as she takes out tickets from her pocket.
