Rukongai

It's been a long time since you've wandered past the gates into Rukongai. It's not something that nobles do often and because of that high status, you're often a target by street rats who ignore your zanpakutou or captain's haori and shihakushou for their momentary dream of winning a wonderful prize.

You hardly pay most of them the time of day, a walk is all you need while you look for a place scarce of the poverty population to sit and watch the sky in all its splendors. The moon is almost full tonight, the stars twinkle so prettily and the deep blue is obscured partially with fluffy purple clouds that brings a sense of tranquility to your soul. Maybe you haven't exactly sought out the company of another, but when your mind is muddled with confusion and disquiet, you know that the night sky will soothe you.

Of course, it doesn't surprise you when your peace is interrupted and you find yourself with unwanted company shortly after you find your place of solitude. You're not interested in them, but you know you must be on your guard and make a quick strike to avoid trouble.
