Inside the Tower of Voices

Yulia ascends the stairs slowly and she is breathing heavily, but she finds the breath to speak, "I... I'm honored that I have been chosen. Sympathy for the others, I hope, perhaps foolishly, that they still find happiness and another way to reach their goals if possible," she states before reaching the top of the stairs. There is an ornate golden door here and she struggles a bit to push it open, but eventually manages.

Feeling even weaker than she already did after having struggled with a set of stairs and a door, she looks around the room she now finds herself in. It's a large hexagonal room, a simple straw mat lies on the floor and in the middle of the room there is a small cooking fire, there is a table with alchemical equipment set up and a small chair with an end table beside it. All in all it seems like a rather cozy rest area, where one can replenish their supplies, sleep, read books, cook and eat food and just generally prepare themselves for what lies ahead.

Past that the upper half of the hexagon's three edges each has a door. The first is a door that is made of gleaming silver, the second is a simple wooden door with what appears to be a large crack in the upper center of it, consistent with a strike with a bladed weapon and the last door is frosted glass, giving tantalizing, but unclear glimpses of the room beyond.

Yulia sits down for a bit in the chair to recover her breath as she glances at the doors, wondering which she should try first.
