Unfortunately for you, it did, very well in fact

John is still laying on the grass, unsure of what exactly transpired but his confused thoughts are interrupted as Kyuala comes over to him and says, "I told you so".

The green beauty extends her hand and John gladly takes it as she helps him to his feet.

As he finally stands up for what seemed like an eternity, Kyuala lets out a small chuckle before saying, "Well, seems like Amilia hasn't lost her, touch".

Kyuala continues her contained laughter as she walks back to the resting area as John wonders what she meant by that.

John quickly finds out however as he looks down and sees that Amilia's teasing did in fact work as he currently stands with the outline of his hard-on showing.

"Oh, damn it" John says to himself as he tries to adjust himself before heading back but as he is, Amilia shouts over to him, "Don't bother trying to hide it, Lani already knows!".

John bows his head in embarrassment as he quickly finishes his adjustment before heading back to his spot and quickly sits down with the unison of the laughter soundtracking his movements.

LATER THAT DAY:

The party moved from the lake and continued their journey through the long forest, luckily the weather didn't take a drastic turn, nor was there any humongous beast trying to take a damsel.

The group get into their new camp on a river bank and repeat the process, Kyuala and John get started on the fire and Amilia sets up the tent all while Lani casts her protection magic around the camp.

The night creeps on them with the moon illuminated on the gently swaying river beside them.

The four relax as they take in the night air but the relaxation for John is interrupted as Kyuala puts her hand on his shoulder before saying, "Alright, get up"

John looks at Kyuala and asks, "What? Why?".

Kyuala, with a smile from ear-to-ear responds with, "We, are going to train! Now get up!".

Kyuala grabs John and lifts him up from his seat before planting him opposite her which shocks him.

"Hold on, we're going to train? Like, with swords?" John sheepishly asks.

"Yep! You haven't fought with sword, so now i'm teaching you, so here, catch!" Kyuala then chucks a stick toward John and he quickly catches it.

Kyuala then picks up a stick of her own and twirls it a little, "Okay, now, we're gonna go over some basic moves like strikes, blocks and footwork, okay?".

John simply replies with "Strikes, blocks, footwork, got it".

Kyuala smiles, "Good, now, are you ready?".
