Scene Eight

Samantha and Darrin are sitting on the couch. They both look anxious.

SAM: -Oh, Darrin… Serena is about to arrive, and there’s no sign of my mother…

DARRIN: -It’s been an hour… Where the heck is she?

At that moment, Serena materializes in front of them.

SERENA: -Good evening cousin, Darrin… I was expecting to see Endora here too…

SAM: -Yes… She’s about to arrive.

SERENA: -Did you ask her to bring the Hat of Triora as I told you?

SAM: -Yes, Serena, I did. About that…

DARRIN (interrupting Sam): -Would you like a glass of wine? My boss brought me this bottle. It’s very expensive.

SERENA: -I’ll have a glass while we wait for Endora. But she better be here soon. I have things to do tonight.

Darrin serves Serena a glass of wine from the bottle that Larry brought earlier.

SERENA: -Thank you.

SAM: -Is there any chance you could undo the spell while we wait for my mother? This is so embarrassing…

SERENA: -Not a chance, cousin. I will undo the enchantment when and if your mother accepts to give me the hat.

Suddenly, Endora appears. She is holding a black witch hat.

ENDORA: -Well, in that case, let’s not waste time, Serena. Here is your precious hat.

SERENA: -Auntie, I’m so glad to see you! And even more to see the Hat of Triora, after so many years!

Serena walks towards Endora and reaches for the hat.

ENDORA: -Not so fast. First, free my daughter from the curse.

SERENA: -Sure thing, auntie.

Serena makes a gesture and we see a bathrobe materialize on Samantha. She looks very relieved to have her body finally covered.

ENDORA (giving Serena the hat): -There you go.

SERENA (very joyful): -Thanks, auntie!

Serena puts on the hat. As soon as she has done that, she takes off her dress, then her shoes, her bra and her panties, remaining totally naked except for the hat on her head. We see that her body looks exactly like Samantha’s, only with her pubes being black instead of blond.

SERENA: -It’s always a pleasure doing business with family. I must leave now. I have plenty of things to do, now that I finally have the hat. Bye auntie, Sam, Darrin. Until next time!

Serena disappears.

SAM: -Mom, what just happened? Where did you get the hat from?

DARRIN: -And why did my wife's cousin strip naked in my living room?
