Take Sid and get out of there

The large deformed man began advancing on his panic-stricken sibling. "Sid! NO!!" screamed Abbie. "I'm your sister! Don't you remember?"

"Sid, leave her," instructed Leanne. As much as she would have liked to see Sid to get some kind of ****, this wasn't the time or the girl. But then a thought entered her head. "Sid, why don't we put HER in the cage?"

Sid showed all of his fractured teeth as he grinned, obviously approving of Leanne's suggestion. He grabbed hold of his sister's arm forcefully and pulled her towards his cell. She tried to resist but he was far too strong for her, tossing her inside easily as Leanne slammed the door shut.

"Stop! You can't do this!" implored the young woman desperately as she rattled the bars. "You can't look after him like I can." But Leanne wasn't listening to her pleas. She silently locked the cage door and tossed the bundle of keys to the side, out of Abbie's reach.

"Come on. Let's get out of here." Leanne turned to leave with Sid following obediently behind. As she reached the doorway she stopped and faced the trapped young woman. "I'll let them know where you are once we're free from this place. But I can't have you trying to stop us. Sid deserves to be as free as anyone and I've had enough of this place. I'm getting the hell out of here and never coming back!"

With Abbie's screams of protest nothing but background noise, Leanne and Sid exited his room. She looked both ways down the hallway. She'd managed to free Sid but still had to get out of there somehow and with over two metres of Sid tagging along that wouldn't be easy. The lift was back the way she came, although she still wasn't sure it would take her where she wanted to go, and to her right was the set of stairs leading up. She wasn't keen on risking the lift again but she didn't know where the stairs led either. She could quickly be back in trouble and Sid probably worse off than when she found him. She could always try to find a safe way out and then come back for Sid. There was also the area beyond the lift. She had no idea what was down there, good or bad.
