Somehow, the last channel we had left the TV on was the local news one. And I as soon as I turned it on, the first thing I saw was Cynthia Magellan's body try to fight the thight dress it was being confined by in it's struggled to get freed.

"The accent that comes from being raised in a Brazilian american neighborhood, the well toned legs that make her tall enough for a guy like him to hug her and rest their head in her boobs if she's wearing heels, the skin that's naturally browner but still clearly has some tanning done, the cascading long hair, the fact that she's old enough for him to think of her as a mature lady that could dote him." Jeanie started listing all of the qualities that made her special in my eyes, which I was surprised to learn that she knew. At our stare, she shrugged. "I've been observing for a week and neither one of you guys are really that special. People can be really complicated, but that's only due to the hundreds of little things that make their personality. The little things, like why you're into someone, are really simple."

"Alright, if that's why he's into her, why don't you also list of why he's into me?" Veronica asked. I maybe should have clarified in my wish that I didn't want her to get insecure about other women I'm attracted to.

"Because I don't want to be talking for the next hour or so." Jeanie responded, smooth as the butter on her toast. "You guys are a couple, past whatever physical attraction or archetypes about who you are that explain why he's into you, you've had millions of interactions that only reinforce that love you have for each other. I can't be bothered to be talking about all of that."

Veronica was happy enough to hear that to give a quick kiss on the lips. "That's another one for the list." I jokingly added.

"Hey, how come he's the one who gets kissed over what I said?" Jeanie protested.

"Alright, just to be fair. But you're not my boyfriend, so you get one on the cheek." Veronica proposed.

"Lips or bust." Jeanie replied.

"Fair enough." Veronica leaned over and kissed the genie's chest, to our delight.

"Why, thank you!" Jeanie gave her a quick hug and a kiss, this one was on the lips.

"You're welcome" Veronica told her before quickly returning to her seat in the couch, embarrassed.

As I saw this two beautiful women at my sides, I had to wonder if it maybe it would be dumb for me to try to romance an aged lady who had more than one daughter around my own age, and who had been happily married for decade now.
