Combine only with Ela, for a beach day

"Ela should be able to take care of my body just fine, right?" Chloe nodded, as you tried to sit up but felt like you needed to lie back down immediately. Ela, as always, seemed excited about using her abilities for you yet again. "Well... what about heading to the ocean, then? That was always my favorite place to go as a kid, there's a lot of things Ela could experience... and seeing everyone in swimwear sounds like fun."

Zoe chuckled. "That sounds delightful. There's a hotel that one of my wearers used to stay at in Palm City, so they know me, in a sense--I can get a deal on a nice room."

Chloe, for her part, winked at you. "I'm guessing you'd actually want to see way more than just swimwear from us... hell, in another lifetime, I'm sure you and me or Zoe would be dating you all on our own, we like you that much. Tell you what. We'll have a good day on the beach, nice and pleasant, and then when we get back to the hotel room, Emily, you tell us what you want to do and you can consider it done. Of course, you'll want to keep some of us connected to you unless you want to lie in bed and just remotely control Ela, but you name the activities. We'll tell you all about what we can do on the drive, how's that?"

You grin, and then look toward Ela. She looked like she was ready to jump on top of you for a while now, but she waited until you nodded at her, even giving her that mental push as a go-ahead. Ela flowed quickly onto your body, covering the sexy, athletic shape of Laura, and she enters your body at the same time--her elastomer allows her to easily exist both on the inside and outside of your form, and once she was inside, you felt the pain and soreness subside. On the outside, though, she formed her skinsuit in a unique way--she modeled her exterior on Laura's body from the neck down, though the skin was more pale. Ela's head, however, took Laura's place, with her brown hair and facial features that traded Laura's alluring face for Ela's adorable one. Ela quickly formed a variant of Laura's workout clothes atop the body.

You sat up, admiring what looked like a head-swapped Laura as you glanced in your pocket mirror. "Wow, this looks really good... beach volleyball would be amazing like this!" You grinned at the other two. "We'd be missing someone for a team, though..."

"I'm sure Amanda would be happy to play on her own," Chloe said. "I could easily borrow just about anyone on the beach for whatever we would want, so consider me a fourth."

You clapped your hands together, already looking forward to the sun, the waves! The beautiful people showing their forms off... once, you had been jealous of them, but using Ela and Laura's body, those days were gone. "Oh, uh... before we go, I need to see if Kazumi can dog-sit for the weekend. Actually, we need to figure out that whole situation after the trip too... apartments, pets, bills, all of that."

Zoe rubbed her chin as she thought. "Kazumi, hmm? A friend, or just a neighbor?"

"She and I go way back to college," you said. "She works at Hideki Tech in the automotive department. Really good friend, we play video games and stuff together. She's been working on this project that is in direct competition with this new Yabusa machine-human interfacing tech, so she's been really busy, but I think she'd be willing to help out."

"Another Hideki employee? Interesting." Zoe glanced over at Chloe, thoughts brewing in her head. "It might be helpful if we meet her as well, since there's a lot of things going on and it would be helpful to have another human who could know what's going on in case we need outside help. No one else in Hideki really knows about Ela yet, but friends can be trusted."

You were entirely positive that Zoe was not telling you the whole story there, but you left it alone.

"I want to meet her too!" Ela said with her disembodied voice. "More friends sounds wonderful, I bet we could all be good friends. Not just when I'm combined with Emily too."

"Okay, okay, let's all slow down here..! Kazumi's working on interesting tech, but it's nothing as... unique as our current situation." You looked between the other two bodies, then down at yourself just to anchor your words with everyone. "Kazumi knows me as Emily, so at the very least, that's how the meeting has to start, before you tell her anything else."

Ela shifted your body back to your normal, average shape, which looked so pedestrian now that you had a body like Laura's under your command. But you went down to your desk to give Kazumi a call, to see if she could help out with watching Roxie for the weekend. You got confirmation that you could go drop the dog off, and let her know some coworkers were tagging along with you, so she should expect a crowd after work. So much to do... lots of work you were going to leave unfinished if you moved to the fifth floor, but that was okay. Your manager hadn't even noticed you were gone all day, so clearly they weren't exactly concerned about you leaving the area... you brought some of your personal belongings up with you to the lab from your desk, so you could make yourself more at home already.

Later in the day, packed for the weekend, Zoe and Chloe piled into your car, as you took the driver's seat. If you were all in one body and had less luggage--or stored the luggage inside your or Zoe's body-- you'd consider taking your somewhat neglected motorcycle, but the car gave you a chance to talk with the others anyway, and Ela had plenty she wanted to talk about as you drove back to your apartment.

Everyone followed you inside, to see your rather cramped, slightly unkempt living situation. "It's a little, uh..." you didn't know how to describe your own place, but it wasn't very impressive.

"You are free to take up full time residence at the lab if you wanted," Zoe offered. "I know Ela wouldn't mind, and we can probably make Lab 5 pet-friendly. Maybe one of the other labs could be converted into a simulated outdoor space, Hideki used to do research into sustainable indoor gardening and such. There's storage units that could be used as a garage for your car and whatever else... all rent-free while you're a part of Ela, naturally."

You smiled a little at all the potential opportunities everyone was coming up with to improve your situation. New body, new residence, even accommodations for your dog... it was like a fresh start.

You looked around your apartment, and found your pembroke welsh corgi, Roxie, napping on your bed. She looked so peaceful... until you made the door squeak, and then she was up in an instant, hurrying over to give you affection. You clearly smelled different, as Roxie was at first very confused... but you looked correct, so she didn't complain much. You giggled a little, pet your pup, and put a leash on her. "Okay, let's get her over to Zumi, then we should be good to go. I'll... take the offer on moving in next week." You thought for a moment, realizing something as you dug into the parts of Laura's mind available to you. "...Laura doesn't have any pets, thank goodness. But she has a lot of other stuff that I guess can also be brought in to the lab, we'll have to check it out later."

Driving off, Roxie stayed in Zoe's lap until you reached Kazumi's apartment building, hurrying up to her door and knocking. Zoe and Chloe followed after, with Zoe holding the leash. Kazumi quickly answered, the equally petite engineer at Hideki Tech giving you an energetic wave. "Hey, Emmy. Hey, uh... everyone else. I'd say you owe me a lot for this, but I like Roxie a ton. So, you just owe me mostly a lot." Kazumi grinned at you.

"Where should I bring her?" Zoe said, stepping up to the door. Kazumi actually gasped a little at how beautiful and shapely Zoe looked, far more apparent in casual attire once the labcoat was off for leisure activity. "Uh... right, yes. Let's take her to the porch, follow me." Kazumi and Zoe briefly disappeared into the apartment, heading around a corner from the hall.

Chloe turned to you, looking you up and down. "I'd have taken you for a cat person, myself. I guess you're just full of surprises, 'Emmy'." Chloe grinned, crossing her arms. Ela's not being too much a bother with all her questions, is she?"

You smiled. "I don't mind the extra voice, I'm almost envious of her experiencing everything for the first time like this, all these sights and sounds being new. I do get to feel the tingles she gets when she gets really, excited so--"

You turned as you heard stumbling from the apartment, as someone hurried to the front door. It was... Kazumi, but not? Kazumi's face was clearly atop this body, but it was far shapelier, in fact it looked a lot like... Zoe's body! The curves, the generous breasts, it was all there, not to mention the attire was identical. Something else was different, however... two perky dog-ears extended up from Kazumi's head, and a clearly confused Kazumi kept reaching up and feeling them flick around.

"Something happened, I don't know what! Your friend is gone, I don't know... she's still here kind of? I can hear her. And I'm still Kazumi, I promise! But also I'm Roxie somehow and I can feel her as a part of me and Roxie likes Kazumi a lot but she likes Emily a lot more and please please PLEASE take me with you for the weekend!"

Zoe apparently decided to try her hand at some mischief, putting her sexy body in the hands of both your best friend, with a little extra doggy influence, by the looks of it. You had no idea how any of that was possible, but you should've known better by now... you and Chloe let out a collective sigh as you stared at this new Kazumi, wondering what you should do.
