Where're my clothes

When Naomi awoke, she was surprised to have slept through the layover. She couldn't wait do get off the plane and get dressed. The departure from the plane was less exciting than boarding, that is until the passengers dispersed and new eyes were upon her.

Her friend Lindsay spotted her, running over with her clothes back on. "Hey Naomi. Like, do you want to hang around the airport for awhile. My parents are getting my luggage, and like, yours can get yours, and we can, you know, explore the stores and meet them at the later, you know?"

"That sounds like a great idea Lindsay! Naomi, go with your friend and well meet you at the entrance." her mother exclaimed.

"But, what about my..." But her parents were already gone and Lindsay was pulling her arm.

As Lindsay was pulling her through various stores and causing Naomi even further embarrassment, her parents were carrying out her mother's plan.

Naomi's mother took the luggage off the carousel and arranged that all her clothes would be in the suitcases that were 'misplaced' by the airline. She then had her husband ship the suitcases with clothes back home. He of course chose the cheapest service so it was inevitable that it would take a few months delivery.

So when she and her parents met up again, she was understandably freaked out when the only suitcase she had left was empty of any clothing item. Only her laptop, phone, makeup, school supplies, and various decorations for her dorm room were in there.

"Sorry, sweety, it seems the airline misrouted your luggage." in a sad tone. "But they said they would let us know when they found it."

"But, my clothes. How-"

"Come on Naomi. It's already late." said her father. "Let's get you checked into your dorm so your mother and I can catch a return flight. I managed to get us a good deal, but we need to hurry." That last part said to her mother while pulling his daughter to one of the waiting cabs.
