A hostage situation?!

After crossing the street, you turn the corner and head further down the sidewalk. What you don't expect is for the man in the black sweater and medical mask from before to come charging straight for you.

He impacts you hard, but rather than falling, he locks you in his arms. Spinning around, you're slightly dazed as you see the Pro Hero in the revealing red costume run up, skidding to a halt in front of you and the man in the black sweater and medical mask.

"Stay right where ya are, Creati! One wrong move and he gets it! Don't think I won't use my Quirk on him!"

The man doesn't seem to have a weapon on him. You can't help but feel yourself sweat at whatever his Quirk might do that could give a Pro Hero pause like this. Creati is standing there, biting her lip as she gazes at her target with an intense gaze. She's weighing her options, you can tell.
