Practice your magic

If you're going to be useful to your new partner, you need to practice your magic. What better time than when you already have a captive audience to practice on?

You bring one of your hands up to your chest, activating a bit of your magic while winking at the men seated at the table closest to you. Your Charm spell succeeds instantly, causing the whole table to switch from leering at you lustfully to giggling to themselves. You feel more at ease knowing that your magic could save you in a pinch if someone were to walk up to you and want to do more than just look.

You take a deep breath and continue focusing your magic, holding the spell as long as you can. After about 5 minutes of you straining yourself to hold the magic in place, you lose focus when Nell taps you on the shoulder and says "Let's go, we've got a mission."

He immediately begins walking out of the guild hall the same way he came, and you follow closely behind, making sure to smile and wink at all the men lusting after you for the duration.

When you head back out into the street, you ask Nell, "Where are we going now?"

"To make some money," Nell says with a smile, not skipping a beat as he makes his way down the street, back the way you came. "I'll explain the details on the way."
