"You haven't unpacked anything yet?"

"Nah, just dumped everything in the corner so we could get some sleep. This one has all my clothes" Tibby says as she picks up a bag and empties it onto the bed, plopping down next to it.

Ashley starts looking through the small pile of fabric. "John's treating you well so far, I take it?"

"Oh he's great! Not like my last owners. They were so stuffy and boring, and then they kicked me out because they didn't want me around their oh so impressionable daughter. But never mind that! How's John treating you? You seem pretty close. Are you just old friends, or more than that?"

"Old friends," Ashley says. "We've known each other since third grade but we didn't become friends until middle school. I'm an only child and he has a million siblings, so he practically moved in with me and my mom with how often he came over. Partially to get a break from his noisy family, partially to... well, to ogle my mom."

"Oh? She some kind of MILF?"

Ashley can't help laughing at the blunt question. "You could say that. And she was never shy about what she wears around guests. John got over his obsession eventually, but I don't think he's ever seen me like that."

"You sure? What about when he said he'd been picturing you on your knees?"

Ashley's face flushes, but she brushes it off. "That's just John being his lovable perverted self. You can't take it seriously. Besides, I think all his attention will be on you for a good while."

"So you don't think he could be into you? How about a little experiment?" Tibby smiles mischeviously.

"What are you talking about, Tibby?"

"Well, since we're picking out clothes for me, we could pick something sexy for you too. Just to see how he reacts."

"I don't know what you expect him to do. If he reacts at all, it'll be to crack a dirty joke and move on. But you do have some nice things here. And that's the only reason I'm going along with this."
