'This is a Mad World...'

She stands a few centimetres away from your face and smiles. That's all she seemed to do... just smile and stare at you.

You felt uncomfortable as she leaned closer, whispering to you: "You're free now."

A chill went down your spine and you barged past her, stomping to the desk and studying the computer with a tearful look. She was the Overseer- the very person who put you here against your will. This idea festered in your mind, enraging you. This feeling of rage built until you felt nothing but hatred towards her. You turned and she emerged into your vision, her smile becoming more and more wild as time went on.

"You're not Sara." You manage to say, being hit by some sudden realisation. "This entire thing? It's fake."

"Well done. You're free now." She repeats in a robotic tone. "You're free now."

Your face lights up. "Oh, well... did you know that I'm already on my way home? You've been figured out, Overseer, and no shitty figment of my imagination can stop me now! After all, you're just side effects, aren't you?"

Sara repeats herself once more, getting closer. "You're free now."
