The Palace

The palace is erected from an island in the mouth of the Cold River, its bridge lined with lush grass representing the fertility of the land. The great doors of the battlements are propped open for the people to enter and see the royal residence. Inside is a grand estate, with symmetrical layers of arcades and balconies hewn of pink stone, polished to a sleek shine.

In the center of the courtyard is a raised platform of statues surrounded by a green garden with flowers of all colors, and above it float small, magically suspended blue and white crystals that glow during the night. On a naturalistic stone platform in the center of the pool in the center of the garden, two larger-than-life bronze figures command the viewers' attention; a blue man and a green woman joined in the act of lovemaking. Three smaller figures surround them; two white figures, one male and the other female, locked in a romantic dance; and on the other side another green woman lounges and caresses her pregnant belly.

This is the story of creation. The white figures are the two suns who were born of the chaos of space, the stars represented by the floating crystals. The suns mated and birthed Hydros, Gaia and Luna - the other three figures. Hydros the water god impregnates his sisters with his water, and their land produces life. It is said that the realm of Erosia is the place where Hydros is penetrating Gaia, and that is why the land is so fertile as well as saturated with sexual energy.
