Namina entered happily, Rose getting the door for her, The cute red-nosed receptionist's dark hair put up in pigtails, she looked around "Yo Yo Yo, I felt Myself being summoned?" She said, unable to see You at first, slithering quickly out of the lounge You peaked up at Namina

"Sssup Namina"

"AAAAAH!" She screamed, tossing behind Rose, "S-Snake!" She screamed, like a terrified school-girl, You tasted the air

"That'sss correct, horrifically tiny snake, that's me." You said sarcastically, Namina peaked from over Rose shoulder nervously

"B-Boss, is that You?" She asked You nodded Your tiny black, serpentine head

"Yesss, It isss me, do You often meet talking snakes or..." Namina raised her eyebrows, pressing Her lips together

"You're a Polymorphus too, that's cool... ugh but why did You have to be a Snake, I hate snakes!" She moaned, her pigtails swaying as she shook her head

"Look, I have no idea what I'm doing here, could You maybe get me back on two feet again?" You pleaded, missing the feeling of having arms and legs, Namina took a none existent deep breath before stepping forward

"Well, have You even tried to turn back into your normal form yet?" She asked

"Hell no, I don't even want to imagine how that could go wrong, what if I turn into a fucking Snake man or something?" You said, wishing that You could grimace

"I guess that You'd have to shout GEARU FOURTH, before fighting anyone, hehe..." You and Rose looked at Namina, lost in confusion "...Monkey. D Luffy, one-piece, Snaku man, no... okay?" Namina said awkwardly before clearing her throat "Okay well watch me." She quickly said, standing so that You could see her.

Namina suddenly bent back unaturally, her body folding in on itself as it was lost in a viscous black smoke, You watched as she shrunk and shrunk until "Aaaand Meow!" She said, now a small Dark brown domesticated cat, her red eyes looking down at You

"Okay, that wasss pretty cool, but how do we change back?" You inquired, really missing the feeling of Your penis' furtive presence

"Okay, this is the hard part, so listen real good, You relax Your body and then really quickly tense, and try stretching out, like when You stretch after getting out of bed, just do that in quick succession aaaand..." Cat Namina quickly shifted again, her body broadening and stretching, the black smoke covering her as she stood up straight, human and very proud of herself "Here I am!" She said enthusiastically "Give it a try."

You nodded, hissing nervously as You tried to hype Yourself up "Okay, alright, I can do thisss, no problem, just relax, tense, stretch, relax, tense, stretch, relax, tense aaaand!" You felt Your body twist and turn, a burning resonating through You as Your skin stretched and Your changed, after less than a minute You were back on two feet again, though Your change was nowhere near as smooth as Namina

"Hey not bad... accept umm." She said, pointing at You nervously, Your eyelids blinked sideways, and they felt odd

"Snake-eyes." Rose said You grunted, shaking You head like a wet dog until Your normal eyes came back, You grinned, twirling Your fingers and touching at Your groin, sighing in relief as You felt Your heavy phallus nestled comfortably in Your jeans

"That's better!" You said happily, pulling Namina into a hug "Thanks Namina, You're awesome."

Namina stammered "Oh... Umm, thanks boss, wow You smell really good," She said, straightening up as You let her go, "You know Boss, I'm pretty good at the whole Polymorphus stuff, I could teach You a couple of things if You want?" She asked, eyes fluttering at You, You nodded with a grin

"I'd like that... but, I don't see how You could teach me much, Your a Cat and I'm a snake?" You said Namina shook her head, waving her finger at You

"Oh but there's much more to it than that, it is a very useful skill if You sharpen it, I can teach You to use Your powers as a Vampire while a snake," She said very pleased with herself

"What, so like, a snake with super speed, strength and senses?" Namina nodded, then shuddered

"That sounds scary, promise me You won't scare me with Your crazy snake powers Boss?" She begged You nodded

"Only if You don't attack me with Your Crazy Cat powers" You tactfully put

"Deal!" She said happily.

After Rose bossed Namina around for a little while, telling her that her lessons could start in a couple of days and were not to interrupt with Her training, Namina, of course, agree, slightly scared of Rose's cold eyes, she then bid You adieu, giving You a cute smile before swiftly running away from Rose's ice-cold gaze.

Hoping very much that the two of You wouldn't be disturbed again, Rose closed her coffin door, nestling into You in the darkness, the gentle glow of her scarlet eyes looking up at You "I wonder..." You whispered thoughtfully, "Do You think, that maybe, Valerica might have given me the ability to go out into the sunlight, before she left, she mentioned sunbathing, do You think that's what she meant by that?" You said quietly, Rose seemed doubtful

"Valerica is the most talented at Blood Magic I have ever known, it is what makes her such a threat and why she was once the Red Knight of Flesh..." Rose said thoughtfully, but she shook her head "But such a thing is surely impossible, No Vampire can walk in the daylight, even if she were to pass on Her immunity, the effects would be too weak."

"But it's possible right?" You asked, thinking about that day in the Car with Jane, when You said goodbye to the Great golden god, at least subconsciously aware that it would the last time You that could look upon its majesty

"I am unsure, it would take an exceptional amount of power, the kind that can kill." She said, hugging You tightly, She huffed... seeming a little crestfallen, she had been since Valerica had shown up, it made You think

"You don't hate Her, not like I do, do You?" You whispered, Rose was quiet at first, but eventually spoke

"When she was still at the castle... Rica was one of the only things I held dear, she was kind, funny, so much more emotional than the rest of our kind, I know that You can't possibly imagine it, but in her own sort of way, she was sweet." Her voice was a gentle lamentation, You didn't say a word, only listened as she continued speaking into Your chest "My Father... He doesn't feel much anymore, especially after Grandfather was killed, He does... did, things to us, in a self attempt to try and feel something, R-Rica would protect me, offer herself up in my place... and after a hundred years of... that, she unwound, became cracked, sadistic, she would run off from the castle, slaughter every human that she could get her hands on in a rage, Father would always send someone to get her back but, eventually, she managed to fully getaway, I had hoped that I could reason with her, convince Father to release the Kill order, But she isn't interested in talking, so I have **** but to do my duty" Rose frowned sadly lay her head on Your chest, She made an uncomfortable face like she didn't want to say anymore, so You just hugged her tightly, letting her sit in quiet sorrow.

You glared at the darkness, that damned sob story it.... maybe it was... but that burning hatred inside, this furious call for vengeance it was still there but... no, it wasn't an excuse, she had still killed Your father, she was Insane, a freak, a monster.... right?

You slept soundly, so deeply that You didn't even dream, something that You subconsciously knew annoyed the Beast, considering He didn't get to do his little gallivanting in the Red Sea, yet, just before the sunset, Your eyes slowly opened, Rose shuffled, her eyes opening lazily "Are You okay?" she whispered, You nodded, kissing her forehead

"Go back to sleep, I'm just gonna stretch my legs..." You whispered, Rose nodded, her eyes fluttering shut again as she returned to her rest.

Cracking open the coffin door, You misted through the gap, rematerialising so that You could gently close it again. Dressing, You turned Your eyes to the exit, walking through the dark cave and stopping at the Steel doors... You gritted Your teeth "I don't feel it?" You thought curiously, the afternoon sun was falling, Your senses told You that, but usually just being this close to the rays of the divine sun would make You uncomfortable... but there was no discomfort... You had to know if your hunch was right and Valerica telling the truth...

You carefully opened the double doors, it had been a long time since You had seen daylight, it was dying, weak, but a couple of orange rays kissed the driveway and they were what You headed towards, You were trembling as You stepped outside, feeling the afternoon breeze, hoping that it would cool Your nerves, if You were wrong about this, then You would be dead in minutes... You crept towards a beam of sun, swallowing as you drew nearer.

You paused, just in front of the wall of orange, steeling Yourself as You tensed

NOOO... NOOOO... WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?

"I Have to know."

Biting the bullet, You grunted, eyes wide as You thrust Your hand into the sunlight..... nothing happened, well some was happening, it was hot, very fucking hot, like sticking Your hand in boiling water... but it hadn't burst into flames like the last time, You held it there, grimacing as Your skin began to slowly sizzle, burning only slightly, until the skin turned red and You had to pull it back again, You clutched Your wish, the skin singed painfully and yet... You were smiling.

"So You were right." You jolted, turning around to a half-naked rose, standing in her Bra and Panties with a curious look on her face, You rubbed Your eyes

"I was just seeing..." You started, she nodded, stepping forward to look at Your burnt hand, You winced as she touched the skin

"Follow." She said, gently pulling You inside and closing the doors behind her.

Rose came and sat beside You, brandishing a Vial and a couple of cotton buds "The Balm will accelerate Your regeneration, but it's gonna be a little-" You gasped as she poured the thick liquid on Your hand, the liquid sizzling as Rose quickly began to dab it

"Ow..." You growled

She smiled "Stop being such a baby... You shouldn't have just stuck Your hand in the sunlight, You could have died." She scorned, You grinned

"But I didn't, It hurt sure... but maybe I could handle going outside during the early morning and later afternoon now?" You said with Glee, Rose looked up at You

"Perhaps... Upir do not necessary just become immune to the sunlight, it is built up over time." She said in a kinda grim voice

"You have a real talent for making things sound both good and bad at the same time.... fuck I'm gonna regret asking this, How do You build it up?" You asked, already having an idea of what it was

"Well, we... spend a couple of really short hours a day, in the sunlight..." She said, watching You cringe

"How many short hours, exactly?"

"Oh.... um, four or five?" She said half wincing

"FIVE HOURS!?" You screamed, gritting Your teeth as Rose poured some more healing balm on Your hand. As if the daily pain of training wasn't bad enough, oh but You were gonna have to do it, imagine the possibilities... if You were a Vampire that could walk in the sun, so many more opportunities, You know what, maybe it was worth a little pain, You would do this, You would burn for as long as it takes and become one of the greatest Vampire's to ever live!

Rose looked at You as You grinned, fists balled in utter ambition, she raised an eyebrow, You noticed that You were being a little weird "Sorry I was just, thinking." You said, smiling awkwardly.

As You chuckled, trying to ignore Rose's judgemental gaze, You heard the sudden but familiar sound of a text notification, the light Ping being cute and almost friendly, Rose suddenly tensed up, claws lengthening as she looked around herself, confusion and blood-lust on her face as she searched for the source of the mysterious noise,

"Hey, hey calm down." You said walking up to her and pulling her phone out of her jeans pocket and laughing, Rose immediately stood down

"Oh..." She said, taking the phone into her hands and awkwardly trying to unlock it "Diana sent me a.... Tixt?"

"Text." You said she nodded appreciatively, before squinting to read the text "Hey Rose, It is Diana, I am only saying this because You probably still don't fully understand what texting is..." You nodded "Good Foresight sis." You mumbled, Rose continued "Please remind Chip that we have Dinner tonight, I promise not to keep him away for too long." Rose said, looking up at You expectantly.

"I do not need to dress up, It's just Diana!" You said grumpily as Rose went through Your clothes, "Ugh... where is Isabelle when You need her." She said looking at a pair of shirts awkwardly "Here this one." Rose said, handing You a casual white designer shirt, You buttoned it up begrudgingly, Rose looking at You in Your tight black jeans, fine shoes and White shirt

"That's better." She said eyeing You, You did feel pretty good, Rose had shoved You into the shower and You felt pretty fresh

"Since when did You care about Me and Diana?" You said a little curious, Rose folded her arms

"I don't, she just... would appreciate it if I fixed You up a little." Rose said, she took Your wrist, checking Your hand first, nodding to see that it was nicely healed, she then looked at Your watch "Okay, get going, You're going to be late." She said bluntly, You smirked

"God, fine Mom, I'll go!" You said, she scowled childishly as You went to leave, but quickly stopped You

"Wait!" She said

You turned sluggishly "What now?"

Rose walked up to You, unbutton the first two buttons of Your shirt and pulling down Your white cotton vest slight, She pricked a finger with a fang and drew a strange circular symbol on Your shoulder "What's this?" You asked

"If You get scuffed up on the way there, hold Your palm over and say Rewind: complete reconstruction, I was trained to use it to fix armour... But I think it should work on clothes, can You remember the words?" she asked, You smiled, leaning down and kissing her lips

"Rewind: complete reconstruction, got it." She flushed as You leant down and kissed her again, her sweet lips only being detached when she pushed You

"Go!" She said smiling, You waved her off, fiddling with the gently glowing Locket under Your shirt and stepped out into the cool night air.
