Chapter 121 by robyna robyna

What's next?

A 3-way date

"So," Karen said, "now that we're all dating, where are you going to take us?"

Matt got a cold feeling in his gut. "Take you?"

"You're the guy. You're supposed to be the big macho provider, right? I mean, why did King Solomon get all those wives? Because he was the baddest, richest, toughest dude around."

"I thought..." he trailed off because he hadn't thought farther than his dick. All of a sudden, a hundred dollars a week didn't look like much, especially since he'd already agreed to pay Karen thirty of it. "Can I borrow twenty bucks? he asked Karen. I'll pay you back when Mrs. Hartman coughs over the dough tomorrow."

"Ten percent interest."

"You've got to be kidding."

"I'll lend you the money," Amy said. "No interest." She reached into her bag and pulled a twenty from what looked like a substantial wad of cash... and a collection of credit cards that included at least two shiny platinum ones. She didn't, he noticed, offer to actually pay for the date herself.

"There's a Taco Bell on Gaffey," he said. "How about I treat you guys to dinner."

"Oooh, romantic," Karen said.

"Hey, I'm poor. Give me a break."

"I think that sounds nice," Amy said. "I'm starving."

Well, he guessed he could feed even a starving girl at Taco Bell.

"Do you want to drive?" she suggested when they got back to her car.

"No license," he admitted, not wanting to tell her that he couldn't get a license because his parents weren't about to add him to their insurance policy and see their rates skyrocket.

"I'll make a DMV appointment for you. You can study for the test online."

Having a girlfriend was getting more complicated by the minute. "That's really nice but I'd prefer for you not to do that," he said.

Karen snickered at him, pretty much as usual.

How did the "date" go?
