Chapter 25 by ARavingLooony ARavingLooony

Aedan didn't have much left that he thought he needed to do. Ostagar was a bustling ruin and as a result there was no way he could fnd a decent spot to steal away with a woman to relieve his stress with. Not even that rather old but still busty mage Wynne. He just hoped she would keep up her promise. He needed that woman's breast's bouncing in his face or around his cock and needed them bad.

He proceeded with Alistair to where Duncan was thanks to Alistairs guidance and Aedan soon found Dane; his mabari jumping happily and running to him as he saw his master was alive and well. Daveth was there along with an older balding man in heavy armor and wielding a greatsword.

"You found Alistair then" Duncan noticed "good. I'll assume you're ready to begin preparations" to which he recied a curt nod from the young Cousland before he turned his attention to Alistair "that is so long as you're quite done with riling up mage's, Alistair" he added disapprovingly.

Alistair merely shrugged "what can I say? the revered mother ambushed me" he smirked "the way she wields guilt they should stick her in the army"

Duncan frowned "she forced you to sass the mage did she? we do not have enough help as of yet, we do not need to give anyone anymore ammunition against us. I thought taught you better than this"

Alistair's eye's suddenly went downcast, ashamed at his attitude "you're right Duncan. I apologise"

"Accepted" Duncan nodded "now that you are all here we can begin. You foour will be heading into the Korcari Wilds to.." Aedan quickly interjected.

"Four? you mean Dane won't be coming with me?" he scratched his mabari's neck as the beast rubbed his face against Aedan's armoured leg.

Duncan smiled "while I'm sure your mabari would be of much help, this task is for Warden recruits only" he continued "you will be heading there to perform two tasks; the first is to obtain three vial's of darkspawn blood. One fr each recruit" he handed Aedan, Daveth and Ser Jory an empty vial, presumably what the darkspawn blood was to be stored in.

"And the other?" Aedan asked.

"There was once a Grey Warden archive in the Wilds long abandoned when we could no longer to afford manning such a remote outpost. The tower is most likely destroyed but with hope the chest that contains what you need is still intact" Duncan stated. "what is inside said chest includes the treaties magically sealed to protect them; scroll's signed by the dwarves, mage's and Dalish elves from long ago promising aid to the Grey Wardens if we should need it"

"I don't understand. Why leave such things in a ruin if they're so important?" Alistair asked confused.

"It was assumed that we would someday return" Duncan informed "a great many things had been assumed that had not held true"

"How will we find the chest containing the scroll's?" Ser Jory asked.

"It will be an overgrown ruin by now. The sealed chest should have the scroll's still inside. Alistair should know where to look"

"Find the ruin and three vial's of darkspawn blood. Got it" Aedan surmised.

"Watch over your charges, Alistair and bring them back safely" Duncan said before the blonde Warden and three recruits set off into the wilds
