Head out back.

You take no more than a couple of steps toward the back door but just as you reach the bar you see the front door open and 7 men clad in the same security armor the men wore in your last mission rush in wielding **** rifles. Following them in is a familiar face, Sebastian wielding a huge pistol and the long double bladed vibrosword he faced you with last time. You see him level his pistol at Misty’s head and fire. Thankfully you had already activated your boost and you thrust her out of harms way. However you then see a hail of bullets from the other men also aimed at her and realize your only option is to see how good your armor is. You twist and lunge forward putting first yourself then the bar in the way as the two of you crash to the floor behind the bar. You feel several impacts against your coat and amazingly it holds, for a time. Sadly just before you pass behind the safety of the bar you feel the sharp sting as two rounds find holes in your now tattered armor and enter your left shoulder and left arm. The wounds cause your left arm to go numb and your sword clatters to the ground. Misty now freed next to you picks it up and can tell she is considering finishing you off. “You better not, I am the only one here capable of killing that cyber freak in the suit. You see her friends have similarly gotten behind cover and are firing back at her assailants. You lift yourself up and peak out carefully trying to avoid the fire ripping into the bar and know your cover will soon be splinters.

“My friends will cover my escape.” She says to you and heads for the back exit crawling on the floor as quick as she is able.

You draw your pistol and stay low chasing after her. Suddenly just as you expected you see Sebastian vault over the bar right in front of the door and his sword lashes out to cut off Misty’s head. She is quick however and is able to bring your sword up in defense barely saving her life but he is far stronger and more skilled and he levels a kick into her midsection throwing her back. You catch her flying body with your broken left arm and scream out with the pain but you stop her from impacting on anything else. She coughs up a speck of blood and you are pretty sure one of her ribs has cut into her lung. You unleash a hail of high velocity rounds from your pistol but he is so fast you only succeed in buying yourself time as the bullets rip into the wall. He runs out of sight beyond the bar and you fight the pain and take her hand. “Come with me please.” You are unable to exert any real **** but she does go with you. You see her friends have dropped 3 of the gunmen who are now firing from cover as well in the remains of the mirror above the bar.

“Give her to me Vixen there is no need for you to die here.” You hear Sebastian call out but a hail of high power pistol fire drowns out any further speech.

You use the diversion to finally head out the door with Misty in tow. Now on the open street you race toward the nearest vehicle to steal it, a tiny yellow sports car. Just as you toss her behind the car you see Sebastian exit the building and he fires at you. You run and flip to the side to avoid the gunfire and return an entire clip in his direction causing him to race out into the street as well. Finally you hear the distinct click and know his gun is empty, sadly yours is as well and you change your direction and arrive at Misty a split second before he does, you take your sword from her and block his downward strike at her head in a single motion, a follow up slash from you gets him to step back several paces to avoid being disemboweled.

He holds his sword out to his side and laughs dropping the clip out of his gun. “You can’t win you only have one arm and I don’t even need to beat you, only distract you till I reload my gun. Give up and leave and I won’t even go after you.”
