With your left arm hanging loosely at your side you hurl yourself at him with a shout. You decide if you can’t beat him with strength you will take him with speed. As his sword slaps aside yours easily you realize the combination of pain and loss of blood is slowing you down. He catches you in the stomach with a massive punch that lifts you off the ground and knocks the wind out of you. A splat of blood exits your mouth and flies over his shoulder. He then brings back his sword to decapitate you. You go limp and drop to the ground at his feet barely able to dodge the swing. You crawl backward as he slams his sword down far to slowly and you look down stunned as you see your right foot sitting on the ground severed just below the knee. You look down in shock as you feel your life blood leaving you and resign yourself to the inevitable strike to follow. He stands there laughing at the destruction he has wrought and reloads his gun.

“Die you bastard.” You hear a voice ring out as a stream of high velocity bullets scream through the air forcing him to cartwheel backward unleashing a hail of fire of his own. You glance over and see her 4 friends have apparently killed his guards and are coming to Misty’s rescue. Sadly in the initial volley you see several bullets rip stray bits of fabric away from him but cause no real damage. Her friends aren’t quite so lucky as one of his bullets catches the tallest girl just above the eye and as her lifeless body falls to the ground one of the only weapons you figure can kill him is silenced. You let your sword clatter to the ground and try to fight to keep composed as you reload your pistol.

The Asian and tall blue haired girls are able to get cover and you hear them reloading their firearms. The fourth decides to take another approach as he drops another clip onto the pavement. The rubber clad chic is on him in a flash slashing and clawing with her obviously sharpened fingers and toes in a blur of motion. He laughs while slapping aside her blows but you can tell he is tiring as well. However his swordsmanship is just in another class from hers and soon she is on the defensive as he rains down blows each more than capable of killing. You also notice he is drawing the battle back to you to kill the girl. To your surprise however rather than run Misty has your stump wrapped with her tail tightly staunching the blood flow.

His attention turns to the pair of you for an instant as you pull up your gun to fire at him but before you can take the shot the rubber clad girl seizes this apparent opening and launches herself at him. “Foolish girl.” Is all he says as he catches her on his sword impaling her through the stomach. She doesn’t fall so easily however and she latches her hands into his chest and tearing at his pecks. Her grip is hardly deadly but it does hold him motionless for a second, and a second is all you need.

“Game over prick.” You call out as you let a stream of 6mm rounds fly. He twists in her grasp in vain but a line of bullets ride up his arm and across his head nearly splitting it in half and the pair fall to the ground. You see the rubber clad girl try to pull herself off the sword before falling back to the ground in a heap.

You see Misty’s face saying something as you succumb to darkness.
