You are about to reach for your card, then think twice about it. Who knows what computer systems those guys can tap on. Maybe better be careful. You hand the cashier some of your money. Only problem: If you keep doing this, you will surely run out of funds within a short amount of time.

You breathe in, pay, and hurry back to the car, your bags full with groceries, clothes, toiletry articles, a brand new laptop... basically everything you would have gotten if you had had the time to prepare properly.

You arrive at the motel, unpack the stuff, store most in the car, and then set up the laptop you bought. Much easier to do research from a computer than from a smartphone. You spend the rest of the day surfing blogs, websites and chat rooms.

Unfortunately, there's no lead. The channels through which you managed to find Sara in the first place seem all dead and deserted again. You try to tell yourself that this is just because the "rebels" are very cautious.

You decide to continue your search tomorrow, shut down the laptop and head to bed. But it takes long for sleep to come...
