First time at the gym

Well, is time to train. I approach the desk and give my card, the clerk explains that since is my first time here and I have a dedicated trainer the first session will be focused on finding out my baseline.

Carlos: Hey, you must be John I'm Carlos, will be your personal trainer. I guess you already know this won't be an actual training session I just want to get to know what I'm working with.

I'm not weakling, did some physical labor back home... But this is something else, after one hour of what it felt like **** Carlos let me rest.
