A Year after the virus outbreak.

'Wake up, sir. We are here.' came a sweet voice.

*John felt someone shaking him gently. He opened one eye and squinted. He looked around. All he saw was sand, sand and sand in every direction. He stretched his arms out in front of him. He felt a little numb in his lower back region. And why wouldn't he? He just spent 4 hours sitting on the back of a wooden cart, drawn by 4 camels. He scooted over to the edge of the cart and got off. The sand displaced as his boots hit the sand. He took a look around. Now that his eyes had gotten accustomed to the brightness of the desert, he could see better. He noticed that there was a cluster of huts in the distance. Behind him, 3 women stepped off the cart.*

'Where are we?' he asked.

'We are in the Arabian Desert, sir. Near the borders of Jordan.' the one nearest to him said.

*John sighed loudly and shook his head. The things he needed to do to repopulate the world was really getting him tired. NO~. Not the "act" of repopulating the world, but the travelling and the explaining to the people why he was taking a girl from their village. He thought back to the time before the "apocalypse". Life was simple and easy for him. He could just sit around and hang with friends. Now? He was being shepherded around the world collecting women to repopulate the world, creating his own harem.*

*What is the "Apocalypse"? It happened just over a year ago. Some scientist was close to developing a 'Cure' for cancer. But something went wrong and there was a breach. Well, let's just say that we thought Thanos snapping his fingers and half the population disappearing was bad? This was way worse. Instead of half the equal population in the world being wiped out, men of all ages got wiped out due to the virus. The only reason why John survived was because of a mutation in his chromosomes. He was born with Klinefelter's Syndrome. It means that he was born with an extra Y chromosome. So when the virus hit, it was his Klinefelter's Syndrome that saved him and now he has lost that extra Y chromosome.*
