Chapter 106 by Fantasy Fantasy

What do you do about this?

You want to come clean.

You want to tell them about the app. You want to tell them that you’ve been using it to get closer to them. Your biggest fear isn’t even that they might get mad at you, but that they’ll completely dismiss it as unimportant. Sophia’s Affection Score is over 90, and Emma, Emily and Megan have both Affection and Love Scores of 100. They absolutely adore you. The possibility of them just laughing it off is very real, and it would be because of the Affection Multiplier as well.

Your voice trembles as you start speaking. “W-What If I t-told you… that there’s a r-reason things turned out l-like this?”

Their loving smiles fade and are replaced by puzzled expressions.

“What do you mean? What things turned out how?” Sophia asks with that sweet curiosity of hers.

“The fact that we’re all here. The fact that you all… feel the way you feel about me. The fact that, somehow, you all agreed to be my girlfriends while knowing I’m in a relationship with all of you. Think about it. Would it be okay for ANY other guy to have two or more girlfriends at the same time?”

They all frown at they ponder on your words. Emily pulls slightly away from you, enough that her tits are no longer on the back of your head, which is a sad relief, but still has her arms around you.

“No… It wouldn’t be okay.” She answers. “But that’s because we all trust you, right?”

“Yeah. If another guy does it, it’s cheating. But since we know how you are, we don’t feel jealous if you spend time with other girls.” Megan says, reflecting on it.

“That’s what I mean. There’s a reason you all feel like that. There’s a reason why we got together so quickly. There’s a reason the school went from hating my guts to talking about me in a good light.”

“Okay then. What’s that reason?” Emma asks, encouraging you to continue. It’s very much like her. She’s not demanding anything of you, she’s not accusing you of anything or even denying your words. She wants to hear you out.

You take a very deep breath. You look at Emily, silently asking her to return to her seat, and she does, though hesitantly.

This is it. You’ve kept it a secret for this long, but you never thought you’d come to care so much about the people you tried it on. Having many girlfriends sounded fun, and it is, but when you think that you’re keeping this from them it just feels terrible.

“Right. It’s a rule of this group, so I should’ve told you the moment we set them up.” You say and pull out your phone. “A month after I came to Hayes, something got installed on my phone. Something called the Affection Multiplier App.”

Everyone raises their eyebrows at the name.

“I know. Self-explanatory, right? You won’t find it though.” You say, unlocking your phone and leaving it on Emma’s desk. “I was once looking at it with you next to me, Emma, and you said you only saw my background image.”

It’s Sophia who takes your phone and starts looking through it. You know she’s still paying attention to you though.

“Like I said, self-explanatory name. The way it put it, it increases they rate at which my relationship grow closer. Be they friendly, romantic or… sexual.”

You can see Emily and Megan begin to open their mouths to speak, but Emma holds a finger up to them, asking them for silence. She nods for you to continue. You give her small, thankful smile.

“The app shows me a score for each person I know in three areas: Affection, Love and Lust. The affection scores can go from red -100 to green 100, and love and lust scores don’t show up unless the person starts developing those feeling towards me.” You sigh again. Your mouth is getting dry. “I didn’t believe it at first, but I know for sure it works. I’ve… been monitoring your scores since I got it.” Your shamefully admit. It hard to look at them in the eyes, but it’s the least they deserve.

Their reactions are not what you expected. They’re not dismissing it. They’re not angry. It’s like they’re thinking about the possibility of it being true or not.

“So…” Sophia breaks the sudden silence. “We have no way to confirm what you’re saying is true, so we have to either believe your story or not.” She says, waving your phone back and forth before placing it on Emma’s desk.

You nod.

“Speaking from the assumption that this is true and that you will continue to be honest with us, what have you done with it? What does it let you do? What have you done to us?”

It’s simple questioning. You don’t notice an ounce of accusative tone in her voice, like an unrelated lawyer asking a murderer “Why did you kill that man?”

“There was a feature that unlocked after some time. I can use points I earn to buy something like personality traits. They’re able to outright alter reality. I know, it sounds stupid,” You says, answering to their incredulous looks. “But I’ve confirmed several times they work. I got a trait called ‘Seldom Sleepy’, and now I only need to sleep four hours a day. The little arrangement we have here? Normalized Polyamory trait. It makes everyone think that me going out with several women is completely normal, hence why none of you feel jealousy and it’s not a scandal around school or, well, the internet even.” Your gaze shifts to Emma. “These traits can be bought and applied to myself or someone I choose. All traits I’ve bought I’ve used on myself… save one.”

A little surprised, Emma points a finger at herself. You nod shamefully.

“When I got this thing, I knew I wanted to fulfil this stupid dream of having a harem. I was… ecstatic. I could only think of ways to make it a reality. The Normalized Polyamory traits was too expensive, so I had to start another way…” You press your lips together, but push through and say it. “The only person I changed in any way, was you, Emma. You can buy fetishes with this thing, so I made it so that you… enjoyed watching me have sex with other girls, so it wouldn’t make you mad.”

Emma’s eyes go wide, but after a few seconds, she recollects herself. She looks down at her desk. No, she’s not looking at any object or person in the room. She’s looking at a memory, thinking back to when you could’ve done it and what it means for her.

“What about… us?” Megan asks hesitantly, glancing at Emily.

You shake your head. “I didn’t change anything. I didn’t need or want to.” You close your eyes and lean forward on your chair, resting your elbows on your knees. You half-expect a punch or a slap to come your way, but it doesn’t happen.

“You have nothing more to say?” You hear Sophia ask.

You shake your head once more. “Not much. I acted the way I did because I knew about your feelings, and did my best to make good impressions. I won’t make excuses for myself.”

“Was anything fake? Was anything you said to us just an attempt to get into our pants?” Emily asks, and although there’s a hint of anger in her voice, you can’t help but smile at her classic bluntness.

“I… That’s hard to answer.” You grimace as you think about it. “Everything I did, I did in order to get close to you all. Nothing I ever said was fake though, if you can believe that. You’re all special to me, and of course, I love what we have, but I can’t keep this from you anymore.”

There’s a silence of at least a full minute. You don’t dare study their faces. You’ve said your piece, now you’ll wait for judgment. Whatever comes, you’ll accept it. If this is the end of everything, you know you deserve it.

Then the bell rings. The fucking bell rings. You completely forgot you were in the middle of lunch break. The last thing you care about now is school. You care about the opinions of four of the most important people in your life right now.

No one moves from their seat, no one speaks. Until Emma breaks the ice, that is.

“Everyone go to your classrooms. Think about what David just told us and form your own opinions. I’ll think about it on my own, but I won’t share anything until I’m sure. I’d suggest you do the same.” She looks at you with a neutral expression on her face. Her face tells you that she doesn’t understand why you just said all that, but will consider it.

You’re the first to stand up. “I don’t want anything I say or do affect your opinions. If you want to talk to me or punch me in the gut, you know where I live. Thanks for listening.” You try to give them a thankful smile, but it’s difficult. You reach your hand to pick up your phone… but decide against it. After what you said, it may be better for them to know you don’t have it on you, so you leave it on Emma’s desk.

You’re the first to leave Emma’s office, and you don’t hear anyone behind you.

What do you now?
