You won't reach that point

You have no idea how long you have been sitting and crying, seeing no way out. Your whole life was disaster, since you were born and left somewhere in the streets. You just want to die, to end this whole nightmare.

Suddenly, you hear steps in front of you. You are not wrong this time. It is definety steps of some animal. You rise your face, wet from tears, and stare at the animal. It is a wolf, some ten meters from you. Its blue eyes stare at you, like a predator on its prey. Its fur is dark like carbon and it shows its long fangs.

Your heart stops working for the moment, you're not able to make any move, fear taking away any will.

"Is it? My end will be like this?" You whisper to yourself, well knowing the answer. There is no way that you can escape or fight against a wild predator, without any weapon or protection. The easiest way is simply wait as that monster will kill you. It is easy, just sitting there and waiting for a painless ****. The wolf slowly moves closer, getting ready to jump on you, saliva dropping down from its muzzle. It seems he is really hungry, just like you.

"Well, it seems at least one of us won't be hungry today..." you say with resignation. Unexpectedly, you notice that the wolf is missing one limb, its pawn is replaced by a stump, fresh wound which's now visible. That wolf isn't as much mobile as you thought before. Maybe it is your chance!
